- Buffalo Chicken Calzone is a delicious marriage of two tasty foods with an American spin. Chef Tom fires up the Yoder Smokers Wood Fired Oven for creamy, spicy and cheesy chicken wrapped up in soft pizza dough. Awesome! Cheers 🍻 from Buffalo, NY
My #1 bbq chef, all love from Lebanon 🇱🇧
Great video Chef thanks for sharing
I totally feel your obsession with Buffalo chicken, and thank you for the inspiration
Looks soo good! Amazing work!
Love your videos and can't wait to make this!
In college my go to late night drunk food was a buffalo chicken calzone from a place called DP Dough. Go me through some of my darkest days haha, great recipe Chef Tom
No shit, same for me. DP Dough is like The place to go in college. I 've been working many years now, still miss it, and that's why Im here try to replicate the good ol days.
What are the odds? I’m watching this video cause I gotta stop spending my money there!
Ranch for me. Never been a bleu cheese fan. Otherwise, looks great as always
Such a high quality video!
Same here Tom. Buffalo Sauce and Blue Cheese on everything ! Love it.
I’m trying this
red wine vinegar goes good in the BC Dressing........here's my six ingredient one: 1 part Mayo, 0.5 part S Cream, raw crushed garlic, blue cheese crumbles, honey or granulated sugar, red wine vinegar 0.25 part........I use a LOT of garlic on this one maybe two large or three or four smaller cloves. I always make this with one cup Mayo and 0.5 cup s. cream.
Thank you Chef Tom, I requested this a few weeks back now and you delivered. We'll be making these for the neighboorhood tomorrow! ❤
This guy is the Gandalf of BBQ.
Bravo fam!
Excellent money shot at the end Chef Tom!🤣
What brand whisk are you using with the wood handle?
Wow
Hear we go again. Drool 🤤 phase.
Thank you so much Chef Tom.
My dude, me and my wife absolutely love your videos and look forward to them, this one in particular is being made at the weekend. Thank you for doing what you do, love from France 🇫🇷
You know, music to the Chef's ear sounds like "this one in particular is being made at the weekend." Thank you for the compliment, and thanks for watching!
hey Chef Tom, is that pizza oven better than a similarly priced standalone oven?
Nothing wrong with adding the bleu cheese crumbles to your ranch dressing. Best of both worlds.
Άξιος.
Girlfriend loves Buffalo chicken, I love bleu cheese, and who DOESN'T love a calzone?! Thank you in advance for the fun times she and I will be having after I make this, chef! 😉
Good cooking Chef Tom. Have a Blessed weekend.
How about some Walking taco brisket smash burgers 🍔
Certified Gold!!!!!
🔥
Absolute 🔥 as always!
Looks so amazing!! 🤤 What brand of blue cheese did you use? I can never get my blue cheese dressing to taste quite right.
So when the pizza oven is in place, is the grill temp set to high?
@@johnlebzelter4208 don’t think I believe you lol
Don’t say Ranch around Joey Diaz 😂
Great stuff! With all the other ingredient measurements mentioned, it'd be good to know how wide you stretched the dough before folding it. Probably like 16"-20"?
What's the difference between a calzone & a pastie. A pasty can be made with meat , rudabegas, or turnip. Eatin' hot with ketchup & /or malt vineger
I need this 🍽️
Great looking Calzone. Love me some calzones. 🍻
chicken liver and intestines tasty for me Sir
YUM
I don’t recall you making a little neck clams pizza
Suggestion garlic butter and cheese on the crust, AWESOME job chef😁
Anyone can make a suggestion! Don't have to be a professional to add a little more flavor!
@@johnlebzelter4208 ... We can all learn something. Even pros. 👍 I have been building furniture for 23 years and know a lot. But I still learn things from people. We are simply talking about someone recommending to add a seasoning to a calzone here. I'm sure since his motto is let's be good to one another, he didn't take offense to the suggestion.
@@johnlebzelter4208 and, tough guy? You must be the guy in the crowd always looking for someone to bump into so you can start an argument.
My wife is like.... make this now,! LOL!!
Get in the 'zone.
What happened to the Kamado Joe videos?
wow, most of my calzones are shaped like they were made by a three YO child stuffing a burrito. They still TASTE GREAT though.
Looks amazing but that blue cheese is way too thin
I think amazing is a solid assessment :)! Thanks for watching!
Please stop calling it “Buffalo” if you’re not using Frank’s. Maybe try “Buffalo Style”.
No buffalo anything for me, and definitely no moldy sweat sock flavored cheese.
Really dude?
@@rmw9669 Yes, really. I love Chef Tom's stuff most of the time.
