Yup she had a surgery when she was young and it left a scar and she always had been insecure about and always wore clothes that covered it up but then later on she took a pic showing the scar and she opened up about it so she can inspire people who have the same issue and to tell them thats its okay Now she have no problem wearing clothes that shows her stomach
Perrie has had surgery done to enlarge her esophagus when she was younger because she couldn't get food to go down sometimes. So a lot of the time when she ate, her food would get stuck and she'd have to push her fingers at the back of her throat to make it come back up. I think she's had surgeries on it at least once a year since she was a kid to widen it. Even now on occasion her food still gets stuck so it's something she and the girls and her family have to sort of monitor. It seems she's had throat, nose and ear issues since birth. Her complete lack of a sense of smell might be part of those issues.
