It was amazing to reliving the childhood memories. We knew how hard the times have been for her but being elder sister I am proud to see her grow into a selfless and helpful educator.
MashaAllah... Really amazing.....the way she speaks, the way she relate things is quite fantastic.......it was a conversation of reality with costume of fantasy.
Itz not true, tourism is not the major economic sector, fruit industry & handicraft are two major industries, I can say tourism has destroyed kashmir glaciers, govt of India do not take care of the number of tourists, which causes hot weather, no rain, no snow, high temperature, if the number of tourists wil not be limited to any specific genuine number, according to the requirement of environmental conditions of Kashmir, otherwise kashmir will turn to be a cold desert soon.
It is true sir...No doubt horticulture and handicrafts are vital to Kashmir's economy, however, tourism is the major revenue generator of the state. You can do some research on it aswell. It provides employment opportunities to large number of people in jk. Also, tourism can boost demand for local products like fruits and handicrafts, creating a symbiotic relationship between these sectors.
And the link that you mentioned between tourism and environmental issues are a valid concern. But we must understand the difference between irresponsible tourism and sustainable tourism. The former indeed can be harmful. But with proper management and strict legislation it can be prevented. I didn't ventured into political sphere of it as wheather GOI or state government not taking care of tourists is a political matter but people of kashmir are hospitable and welcoming. Also sir, the claim that tourism has destroyed Kashmir's glaciers is a complex issue requiring nuanced analysis. While uncontrolled tourism can contribute to environmental degradation, climate change is the primary driver of glacier melting.
We can discuss this tangent at length too. We know for sure, not everything is shining in Kashmir, but also, I would like to believe that everything is not gloomy as well. These kind of fruitful unbiased humble discussions make this channel stand out and make you as a viewer informed. Thanks a lot for sharing that. Thanks for watching! Lovely to hear Sana 😊 I think we can ask our grandparents easily anything and everything . The things we can't express with parents but can express with grandparents
You're absolutely right but then again every relationship is unique, and there are exceptions to every rule. My statement reflects my personal experience, which may not align with everyone else's. I acknowledge the invaluable role grandparents often play as empathetic listeners, creating a safe space for open dialogue. I hold these qualities in high regard. However, as an introverted individual, I encountered a generational gap or perhaps personal reservations that influenced my experience.
Masha Allah! She communicates so well now. Her self confidence is amazing. There are so many things I did not know about her despite her spending a lot of her childhood with me in Harwan. She was very shy In comparison with the other kids in the family but she seems to have shed her inhibitions for good now and become a good communicator. Sad that I do not get to spend a lot of time with her when I am in Kashmir. Well done, sweet Sana !
Oh! That is a revelation for me as well. Please do fill the form in the description, if you would like to be The Guest of Honour on Choco Chips Radio... We would be honoured @Shagufta_h
I agree that Kashmir's winter season is typically confined to 3-4 months, but the context of my statement was to justify that since valley experiences cold weather for approx. 9 months of the year (transitional seasons included). This extended period of low temperatures has resulted in population being well-adapted to cold conditions, making them relatively more tolerant to frigid weather than warmer climates.
I understand your prespective, but let me clarify I am a common Kashmiri girl expressing my opinion based on my experiences. My statement of 9 months of winter in Kashmir meant that it is evident that Kashmir experiences a long winter season, which can last up to nine months in some areas, depending on the altitude and specific location. While the most severe winter conditions may span around four months, the overall colder period can extend much longer.
@@sannakhajawal5653 yes , in some places its 6 months winter and rest of 6 months with moderate temperature . But this year kashmir is experiencing high temperatures like the rest of india.
Kashmir is truly a paradise on Earth, full of scenic beauty, pure air, and natural wonders. While misery and suffering exist everywhere, they don’t diminish Kashmir's splendor. Sometimes, we just need to step away from our routines and screens to fully appreciate the beauty and Allah's mercy that surrounds us.
Indeed, chinar trees were introduced and popularized by the Mughal emperors in Kashmir, eventually becoming a significant part of the region's landscape for centuries. Recognizing their cultural and ecological importance, the Maharajas of Kashmir continued to plant and nurture these magnificent trees during their reign. Chinar trees are sown by Budist preachers as they used to pray under these mighty trees, as Kashmir was a hub of Budist religion.😊
