Honestly, I don't know why I find beauty room declutter videos SO satisfying. Especially before and after shots, or if they do sped-up versions, there is something so therapeutic about it to me? I've only just been getting into makeup the past three or so years, so I'm still trying to find what works for me, what makeup style and products I like! Recently, I got a Charlotte Tillbury gift set for Christmas, and I've been loving the Pillow Talk Push Up Lashes mascara. I already have fairly long lashes, but they just give them that little bit of extra pop.

I am 36 and just really got into makeup three yrs ago. Before that it was simple eyeliner mascara and one color of eyeshadow. You tube was the way I learned. I try to watch people who have same skin as me dry skin and when watching someone younger I keep that in mind. Nice to see someone closer to my age newest to makeup too. consumerism makes me really sad. i wish there was a well known program that repurposed makeup somehow. i think they would be great for art, the containers could be used to additional art, unused things could be donated, etc. no hate to you, so many people have this much stuff and honestly i’m a heavy consumer too. declutter videos just make me sad
yes exactly! one thing i think is sort of feeding this problem is the companies. a lot of companies send pr almost weekly. it’s so extremely unnecessary considering these influencers can afford these things on their own.

I'm loving the tarte shapetape foundation right now, been using it for about a year now, and omg I really love the loreal shake n glow dew mist setting spray, it is the best setting spray even better than all the high end brands I've tried, and it's super affordable! After you use powder it brings back a natural glow back to your face, I'm so amazed at how well it works!
