I am trying to do 15 minutes progress bar however the length of the video and the speed of the fill do not match. The bar gets filled within seconds before even it gets to 1 minute. How can I make it last for 15 minutes?
It was weird for me, too, but I was able to amend this by simply adjusting the number (on Final Cut Pro) to [whatever number].1 So, instead of writing "20", I'd input "20.1". I hope this helps!

Tried to do option 2 but I'm using Final Cut pro 10.4.7 and there is no tracker option so couldn't figure it out. Great explanation though.
