I am very familiar with the Roger Drollinger case back in 1977 which Roger was a friend of my uncle and the night before the 1977 Hollandsburg, Indiana Murder that happened on Valentine's Day 45 years ago Drollinger came to my Grandparents house to visit with my uncle and Drollinger asked my uncle to accompany him to go to Hollandsburg which my uncle had declined the offer because he was in the process of moving out the Western Part of the United States . When the Hollandsburg Murders hit the News it gave both my uncle and my Grandma chills because my uncle could've been involved and Thank God he turned down on going with Roger Drollinger.

There was a Hillside Strangler tour bus (with alcohol, to toast to all the poor victims) event just yesterday! I was trying to look up something while watching this vid and it popped up, a one time event, I’m so bummed I missed it - by a day! I’m from Hollywood/Glendale/Eagle Rock (actually in all three today for errands), I pass the Unik Transmission shop all the time. It’s creepy because it looks EXACTLY the same. The photos in the vid were amazing, it was so interesting to see these places now from that timeframe. I even used to live across from Griffith Park, kitty corner to one of the dump spots. This has been the best vid, thank you. I’ve been an avid fan since 2017. The dark ominous music has become nostalgic, it’s oddly comforting now after enjoying the great work you’ve been putting out for HALF A DECADE. Unbelievable, it’s gone by so quickly. Thank you for being a constant friend.

The tapes of Bianci pretending to have multiple personalities are absolutely hilarious and show just how dumb some cops are because some of them actually believed his shenanigans..😒 I don't think Miewes should've been convicted because his victim was a willing participant and it's on video that he knew what was going to happen and wanted it..He certainly should've been locked away in an institution but he wasn't a murderer,in my opinion..
I agree. Even if he was convicted of murder (which happened eventually), it is crystal clear that he belongs in a psychiatric institution... not in a prison. He would have been convicted of something anyway... in my country it is illegal even to euthanize a terminally ill person with her consent, now imagine kill someone with her/his consent AND eat them. I think that the weight of his sentence was due to the gruesome details and the cannibalism.
God that reminded me of Pedro Lopez. Granted he didn't kill in Brazil but he still only got 16 years for killing like 300 people. I have never been so mad at a justice system before

Thing is, he claims he only killed other criminals like pedophiles, rapists, drug dealers, women abusers (like his own father, who abused his mother), etc. There's no way to verify if his claim is true, but it hasn't been disproven either. Half of his kills were inside prisons. He got released in 2018, after 42 years in jail. I wouldn't worry about him though.
In 1977 my sister and I went to the post office...waiting in line we were looking at the wanted posters...my sister almost passes out...there was a poster with a face on it that she knew...dollinger was a brother of a friend of my sister
Wow, ppl heard screams coming from the vacant apartment & didn’t call 911, then those neighbours saw that girl being escorted to another car by two men in front of her house & did nothing, not even tell the parents till the next day, then the guy at the front desk of the motel saw two guys carrying out a woman in a blanket, wrote down the license plate but didn’t call police & turn it in, until ppl started asking around about the two girls! Yes I realize that a lot of ppl just don’t like getting involved but you can report it anonymously. Unbelievable.

At 26:35 the narrator says that the victim found in the trunk of her car had been raped & strangled, yet in the newspaper clipping it states she was not raped which made hers different than most of the others. I always pause it & read the clippings because many times there are interesting details that are not said.
Earlier I was listening to TH-cam videos and dozing off, when your original video played automatically. I thought I was having some kind of auditory hallucination or something. Now I'm reading everyone's comments and am glad I didn't make it up in my half awake state

I asked the same question in a forum for serial killers. The answer I got the most is because of the danger element. Especially Ted Bundy. The women liked him because he was good looking, charming, forceful, and dangerous.
