Sir, just like Sun they say is most powerful in first 10deg, and least in last 10; likewise do Rahu/Ketu have a bias in being strong or weak - relatively - while in beginning of house rather than end of house Or vice-versa ? Generally too when we say Good Rahu Vs Bad Rahu, does Rahu become bad or say powerful if conjunct with any other planet , or, vice-versa OR there is no effect ?
