- We spent a chilly November Saturday walking the Round Horncastle circular route (14miles).
We stumbled upon this walk on the internet whilst looking for day walks in our local area.
Horncastle is an lovely little market town at the bottom of the Lincolnshire wolds. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside, perfect for a great day out walking.
This video was filmed and edited on a Samsung Note 8. I also used the DJI osmo mobile 2 to help stabilise everything.

It really is flat as a pancake around there. However it looks very quiet which is nice. I can imagine there are lots of wild camping opportunities in copses and woods

All seasons, we will always take enough water for the trip, a sit mat, waterproofs and some lunch. If it's winter, then we will add a down jacket, gloves and a hat. Germany has some amazing trails we would love to walk someday. 😀
Looks nice, was it the Spires and Steeples you did from Lincoln to Sleaford? Done that one a few times and love the route
