"Say, He is Allah, [God who is] One,"
      "Allah, the Eternal Refuge."
"He neither begets nor is born,"
"Nor is there to Him any equivalent."
      (QS. Al-Ikhlaas 112).
Quran doesnt changed until end of time and God promise to preserved it in originality, in Arab language, and ofcourse with translation,
and the other side mostly the bible has been changed, edited, added, deleted, but some of the words are from God original, that Jesus as prophet said to the folower, view of them are :
      Deuteronomy 6:4
“Hear, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord is one!
      Mark 12:29
      Jesus answered, “The foremost is, ‘Hear, O Israel! The Lord our God is one Lord;
      Mark 12:32
The scribe said to Him, “Right, Teacher; You have truly stated that He is One, and there is no one else besides Him
      Galatians 3:20
Now a mediator is not for one party only; whereas God is only one.
but mostly cristian dont care, they just interprete as they want to, not being sincere. a clear message become ilogically be intrepreted.

They do not exchange the verses of Allah for a small price. Those will have their reward with their Lord. Indeed, Allah is swift in account."

It's fascinating to me, as a English Muslim with a Christian background, how the early 19th century was a hotpot of religious zeal with many groups actively preparing and awaiting the Messiah. Was this upsurge of spirituality because in this century the Messiah did appear and all the prophecies were fulfilled by the founder of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community who made his claim in 1889 and now his followers exist allover the world.

Very interesting. The name Reschid is French for RASHID. Meaning, it is a French spelling for North African Muslim name. I see some connections, perhaps, with North African Sufi Orders e.g. Alawiyya, Darqawiyya and the rest. That's how I see it. But what is interesting is that of Sir Richard Francis Burton, who only disguised as Muslim but died Christian. I am not sure if this might be connected to some Western mysticism and Freemasonry. But Robert was certainly Muslim. Did he have titles like Sidi, or Shaykh, or Maulay etc? In my opnion, Robert and his group were somehow connected with some North African Sufi Orders.

The word “Musulman” is used in many countries for Muslim. Since it is not an Arabic word the Arabs never use it.

Probably this word comes from the Arabic pronunciation “Muslimoon”. Which means Muslims in the plural form in Arabic. So maybe back then other nations heard it like that from Arabs and that’s why they pronounce it as “Musulman”.

Alan Harper Arabic is a Semitic language too. So similarities between these languages is not something strange. And in Islam and the Quran they state that certain prophets that most people these days might think they are Jews were actually Muslims just like prophet Abraham. Quran states clearly that he was a Muslim.

Muslims don't accept the bible, so using it has no avail, or very little in the bigger picture.
That said, we accept he is the Messiah and we accept his second coming, in fact if I'm not mistaken our master Jesus (may he be blessed) is mentioned 25 time in the Quran, and the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) only 4 times.....Muhammad (peace be upon him) comes with the Quran but talks more about jesus than himself.....
      It's about the message.

    Surah Aal-e-Imran, Verse 79:
It is not suitable for a mortal human that Allah should give him the Book and the wisdom and prophethood, then he should say to men: Be my servants rather than Allah's; but rather he would say: "be RABBANIYYUN" (learned men of Gods Religion), because you are teaching the Book and reading it yourselves.
    via iQuran
    John 20;16-17
    16. Jesus said to her, “Mary.”
She turned toward him and cried out in Aramaic, “RABBONI” (which means “Teacher”).
    17. Jesus said, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and YOUR Father, to MY God and YOUR God.’”
