This was another fun collaboration and all of your dinners looked so delicious. I can't decide which one I want to try first! I've never made grits before so maybe I'll start there. Thanks again for another fun video! Love, Jennifer
Robin, just marvellous! If you cut the porc tenderloin in stripes, your recipe is very near to either "Boeuf Stroganoff" or "Zürcher Gschnetzeltes". Both with a bit of white wine and beef/calf instead of pork. Very noble dishes, Russian or Swiss. But if you want the "cheap" version, porc, why not. All your recipes are everything but cheap. (Only $wise). They are at a 3 star level. 👏Wonderful frugality at the restaurant at home. Bon appetit.
Hi Robin, I appreciate you so much, I just love all your vidios you have changed my life so much in a positive way. I cannot wait for your videos to view you always explain things that you do that I can understand weather it’s cooking, cleaning and maybe a bit of gardening. I cannot thank you enough because you always help with my depression. Please don’t ever change🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺❤️🧡
Hello my friend and lovely YT Sister. I was away for about a year and back to this corner of my world and catching up on your videos! I have binge watched and loving your videos! I am so glad to see you again and cannot wait to see more and all that I missed. What great ideas and I remember when I first started watching and so proud of your continued success! Well done!! Hugs, love and Many Blessings!💕💕💕
@@FaithandFlour I made this tonight. I used cheese filled gnocchi from Costco and I had to add ground Italian turkey because my husband won’t do meatless and it was fabulous!!
Oh, when you said french fries, that first recipe reminded me of a Canadian favourite...poutine! Yum! Thank you, Robin, for all the budget friendly ideas! Much needed.♥️🇨🇦
These all look so yummy and made me quite hungry! That gnocchi looks amazing and i can’t wait to try it! My toddler loves them but calls them “yucky” because he can’t say gnocchi and I think it’s to cute to teach him the correct way to say it 😂😂
Hi Robin. I was born and raised in S.C. and now I live in Ga. I LOVE grits! Everything you made looks so 😋 yummy! I know my family will be so excited to try these new recipes. I hope you had fun spending time with your sister. Take care and have a great day. 🙏❤️🍲👩🏻🍳🦋
Wow everything looks yummy. Definitely will be making these. You are great at walking us through how to prepare the recipes. Hope you and your family have a great Memorial Day weekend. Let us always remember freedom is not free and our flag flies in honor of all the men and women who have died for our freedom.
These recipes look very good! I was surprised about the King Ranch Chicken. Because the original recipe is a layered casserole, this version looks just as good if not better! It’s one pot! Can’t beat it!
I have a Dinner Recipe you may be interested in. My mother called it Friday Spaghetti. Cut up 1 green pepper, 1 onion cut up, I use 2 large jar of mushrooms.....or cut up fresh. 2 large cans of whole tomatoes slice them in the pot. 2 bay leaves , 1tbs of sea salt, 3 tsp. of ground pepper. Cook till veggies are soft. Put over thin Spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese. Yummy
I enjoyed this video, Robin, and I’m looking forward to trying these recipes. They all look delicious! Thank you for the time stamps and cost of everything. Now, I’ll head over to Jennifer’s channel, watch her video, and comment that you sent me. 🙂 Blessings 🌻
I love these recipes! Especially that King Ranch chicken, I moved out of Texas 4 years ago and that just sounds like Home! Gonna try these soon! God bless❤️
I am a subscriber to both you and Jennifer, and I really love these kinds of videos. You are very good at editing and filming, and the quality of your vlogs are great.
Griz (gritz) is a traditional food where I live and it's mostly, if not exclusively, used cooked on milk and served as a sweet breakfast of desert. Palenta is also traditional and is used for savoury dishes.
Where I’m from, grits are almost exclusively savory. It’s fun to discover how different cultures use the same ingredients to creat such different dishes. In other parts of the US I have heard that people eat grits made with milk and sugar - it’s just not the traditional Southern way. 😄💛
Wow Wow! Between you and Jennifer; I will have a lot of wonderful recipes to try. Most of them, are so different than what I have made before. Thanks for sharing. I love Polenta, but must try the grits.
Kathleen..Don’t halve it though. Make the full recipe and you will have left overs .. LOVEEE leftovers .. or you can make the full recipe and have a friend over to share!
Your channel was introduced to me through Jennifer’s channel. All of these recipes look so delicious and so easy! I will definitely be trying several of them! Thank you for your content!
Thank you for these recipes. They look so good and they serve as a reminder of meals I used to prepare in Texas. Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it because you look wonderful. Thanks for sharing. Melissa 🌼
hello, I love you video's , they are very relaxing to watch ! thank you but today I saw you cooking with mushrooms. I was thaught to never wash mushrooms, because they obsorbe all the water. You should dry brush them to clean, with a mushroom brush. It is a bit softer than a dishwasher brush.
Hi Robin! Everything looked amazing! Also, beautiful presentation on each dish! I have never had grits before and I thought it was a breakfast food!😆 But that dish sounded delicious! Thanks for sharing!☺️🤍✨
Thank you Joy! Generally, grits are for breakfast, but once I was introduced to “shrimp and grits” 🙌 I was in heaven and began incorporating them into all sorts of meals. 😄😋💛
Everything looks amazing! Just a suggestion to give directions on another way to make it besides the Instant Pot, not everyone has one. Do you think these recipes can be baked? Thank you!
Hi Andrea! If you search the titles of the recipes, I’m sure you can find baked versions. I don’t have instructions for you because these recipes are new to me as well and I haven’t experimented with them - but I’m certain they can be adjusted for multiple cooking methods. 💛😊💛
These all look so good! Thanks for sharing, I'm always looking for budget recipes...especially now that it seems our grocery prices just keep inching up!
Hi Robin I am from Melbourne, Australia. We have gone into lockdown again and I ducked to the supermarket this morning to grab some ingredients to make the gnocchi dish. For the first time I saw the Mexican Blend Cheese which we can use for tacos. I immediately thought of you. Thank you for your great videos and inspiration. Blessings Kaye
Hi Nikki, These all look so tasty; was it difficult to find gluten-free tater tots? Happy to find cauliflower gnocchi at Whole Foods now. All the best, Julie
Thank you Julie! Alexia is the brand that makes the gluten free tater tots we use. We also avoid soy, so that excludes most of the other brands. I can find them at my local grocery store or Whole Foods. 😊💛
I have a cleaning question for you. I just got my ecloth scrubbing sponges and would like to know how you clean them? Do you wash them with the other ecloths or do they need to be washed by themselves?
If you're talking about the washing up pads, e-cloth customer service told me they can go on the top rack of the dishwasher. I haven't tried it yet though.
Everything looks so yummy! I must admit, however, that the serving size looks skimpy. Probably explains why I have a few extra pounds riding my middle and you look so slim. LOL!!!
This was another fun collaboration and all of your dinners looked so delicious. I can't decide which one I want to try first! I've never made grits before so maybe I'll start there. Thanks again for another fun video! Love, Jennifer
Thank you Jennifer! Let me know what you think of grits! 😄💕

Just made the Tuscan Gnocchi; it was a huge hit with my family! May have to take it to the next church potluck! :)
Thanks for the recipes and for the extra effort of typing them out with the time stamp. I'm a new subscriber and fan!
The Korean beef could be topped with kimchi and Korean rice is superb if you can find at Asian market. Great idea!
This was a great video! I loved seeing low cost recipes that didn't include canned cream soup or traditional pasta.
Coming from Jennifers channel :-) happy to be here
I made the Tuscan gnocchi and WOW, it was amazing! Thank you for such an amazing recipe 👩🍳
I found you from Jennifer at The Daily Connoisseur! Thank you
We love the Korean beef made into burritos in a tortilla with avocado and bean sprouts and a drizzle of Sriracha and a little kimchi.
