This accident happened when I was taking photos about Prague tramways. Nobody were injured. Please note the line collapse, a lot of tramways waiting for the free track.
Uni-Data (Germany) its been 2 years(maybe more) since your question but I hope you see this; no hes not police, there are special units in czech republic that dress like that and they control the transportation units like that and they are the ones that check things with the police when something happens, they have cars like police cars, lights and sirens on them, and they dress like police, if you are a tourist in here you wont be able to tell the difference :)))
Of course not. This is perfectly standard. In historic towns, there isn't enough space so lines must be shared, even between trams and cars and the rules cover this situations. In this case the blame is on the car driver's side with no doubt.
