I have the 150cc. It's a fun scooter but you will have some issues in the beginning. (1)Your headlight will be connected to the stator, this is why you will notice flickering when giving it throttle, this will cause the light will die out very quickly. You need to order a switch kit and to run it from the battery. (2) My front break fell of within a week. The cheap bolts they came with bent and broke. Replace those immediately. (3) front suspension is trash, hit a small pot hole or deep sewer lid it feels like you ran into a wall. Other than that it's been a fun ride and I do enjoy it.

@@damonhicks5776 NYC has a good one and seems very well built. They also make variators and clutch kits to help build the speed up and alot more. Rolling wrench has some upgrades too. Ben jing has a few kits for the clutches and variators that's well designed. Just remember with the Maddog they already have a crap wrap being a clone. So parts are like they say about tattoos. Good tattoos aren't cheap, cheap tattoos aren't good. Do your research before placing orders and read reviews. Hope it helps and enjoy because I'm having a blast on mine. 🏍️👍😎💯

I just recently got a 150cc from fusion and had nothing but great service and help from these guys. Riley, Juan, Michael and the "Big Guy" was super cool n nice. They got it in and built, tuned, and double checked everything over to get it rite. They kept me up to square on progress and getting any problems squashed before picking it up. I live in NC and they looked out both times going in to the shop. They back what they say and sell. Great guys and love my Maddog. Thanks Fusion for everything. Hella nice guys💯👍

That rear tire should be more rounded for a better ride. The almost flat looking rear tire holds the smoothness back. The 50cc definitely needs a couple of things changed to give it that top speed of 35 to 40 mph. Change that stock air box thing out for a pod filter, change the main jet in the carburetor and definitely change out that vacuum fuel pump for an electric fuel pump. That vacuum fuel pump just can't keep up with the full throttle you have to keep the 50cc at to stay at speed. It will run out of fuel while you're riding. It happened to me multiple times and as soon as I changed over to an electric fuel pump that issue stopped.

Headlight kept burning out. Went through 3 of them. I finally ordered a led light bar and replaced it. no problems since.
I ordered one from Ca**n Maddogs. When they came to deliver it the first thing I noticed was that the shipper took it off the pallet and stood the metal frame on end to make more room. The second thing was that my white scooter was blue. The big bold letters on the box confirmed it. When I called Ca**n Maddogs his response was....I 'm not responsible for Ice Bear or the shipper. To him I was a pain in the ass because I wanted what I paid for. So he is pretty much only the money collector.
It is a good bike but my mechanic said you will run to some issue. The Honda Ruckus is really pricey but is it worth it. Yeah for the long run but the speed is not the best.

If you want a Ruckus to look like this and want more than 35mph you will be in for more than double the cost of these
What on earth is the rattling you have going on? I have the same and it sounds like something bouncing on plastic. It after several attempts I cannot find it. It’s annoying. Any help is greatly appreciated
Check the underside of the speedo

@@j_zov i have taken mine apart many times and cannot find it. Its beyond annoying. Maybe this summer it will reveal its location
It's either the key tapping around or key chain, or possibly the air filter tube is loose and needs tightened. Hope that helps
mine vibrated under the plastic under speedometer and key, i took light rubber mat cut to size of cover, put inside of plastic.. no more noise

I am sooooo close to get this! I have a high powered electric scooter with dual 2600 watt motors and a big battery........ I'm so thinking a hybrid! Plus that price and it looks cool

@TheBvandersnatch This is a 50cc. For you not to need a license or insurance, it can't go over 30 or 35. So it's probably restricted in a few different ways in stock form. Nothing a few mods can't fix. Should be able to get this up to 40+ with a few changes.

No Orange that I've seen... But I've seen blue, silver, white, red, black and a dodge bright green color. But you can always have it painted or powder coated orange.

I love the way these look but what happens when you pull up to a stop light. A big ass lifted dually pulls up behind you, after 30 seconds the guy forgets your right infront of him and then crushed you like a twig
You pull as far forward as possible. I have a friend with leds on his. Never a problem.

@@androidken not true. When riding one of these your head is only about 3ft above the ground. A normal bike is about 4-5ft which about as tall as a normal trucks bonnet
VA resident question: 50cc doesn't require a license plate?
Idk about VA, but in my state yes they still have to have a license plate, you just don't have to get a motorcycle license

Paid $2500 for mine fully assembled plus a waterproof cover
The headlight on these gen 5 are trash. The air box or air filter is also trash. That air box restricts the air flow so it actually slows the motor down. The fuel pump is trash and can't keep up after a bit so change it. So change out the stock air filter for a pod filter, change out the vacuum fuel pump for an electric fuel pump, change the main jet to a 94 and cap off the vacuum line from the carburetor. It will increase top speed from 30 to 40 mph. I have one of these and it's fun to ride but not with those stock vacuum fuel pumps that eventually can't keep up at full throttle and then you can't go over 30 mph stock because it's air restricted. Rear fat tire is almost flat instead of round so that actually hurts your turning and slows you down.

True but also figure out if you can afford to modify a ruckus or not. This is basically half modified and priced at what a stock ruckus is give or take a few bucks. Then you have to invest another 2-5gs into a ruckus to slam and build it to go over 30/40mph. If it's a ruckus I'd save up and go online look for a customized ruckus for sale like at ruckshop/ rolling wrench/ or there's a place in FL that builds them out. But expect to pay. Good luck

From the dealer? 30 maybe 35. It can go faster but it's restricted to keep it in the moped category.
