So largely due to being a huge PR fan in the 90's I did have and love this game but still kind of dumb to call this "The Movie" when is literally only one final boss battle that involves anything from the movie. Genesis did it right by adding some filler flashback levels
This game would have done well anyway even without the connection to the movie, but if you ask me, they added "the movie" because there was a PR game that came before this on the SNES. I played both of these games right around the same time growing up, and I didn't like the Genesis game as much as I liked this one. It was entertaining, but something felt off about it. Like it was rushed or something, it didn't have that quality feel that its' SNES counterpart did.

I love the power rangers I'm a big fan of Power Rangers!
Kimberly can be really useful in this game, unlike the actual movie.
