I recently got Astro on floor 3, it was my first main character that i saw, but the distractor was good so there was no problem.

Basically, I got Vee on floor 6 and then Astro at floor 7. Couple of floors later, got Pebble. Floor 12, got Pebble again and at floor 13, got Astro again- (IK ITS LITERALLY CRAZY ON 1 ROUND, I WANT HELP NOW-)

Obvious cap. Dandy takes at the very least 6 floor to spawn. So he cant spawn on any floor below floor 6. You aint fooling anybody
