My mental health was terrible felt like it wasn’t purpose but kept fight each day even if I felt the worst I had moments of eating food then throwing it up ! I swear once you let everything out of how you feel you definitely feel better! Opening up to the right person is always a good start! Now everything is so much better now ! Remember y’all matter !
