Using odd eyes gravity dragon against a trap deck is so good, once I was using a odd eyes deck focused on him and summoned it against Eldlich, seeing all is traps returning to the hand was so good

@@isaiahfaux5674 which effect are you talking about? Overlord monster effect is passive and you can rank up to Overlord using Rebellion Dragon to gain the 3 attacks effect. As for it's Pendulum Effect, you need to have an appropriate target for it to rank up to in order for it to prompt you the option. For example, Rebellion Dragon, Arc Rebellion, Phantom Knight Break Sword...
should have stuck with the ritual monster that burns when the opponent only had 800LP remaining but great duel regardless. DM is pretty hard to pilot so just having a fun duel with DM is already a win for both players

Well, It's impossible for Gravity Dragon effect to burn the opponent to death. If anything, it would just lock them from using card effect altogether. And so, I wanted to be a good sport about it by not limiting opponent play for fair play. Eitherway, me able to show off all my ace monsters and cleared board with Revolution Dragon is already top notch imo :)
I’m noticing a repeating pattern of you playing too cautiously and losing because of it when if you just went all out earlier you would have won. Just saying
I don't mind losing, I sometimes play cautiously to give my opponent a chance to strike back. I mean my Odd-Eyes Ritual is my most powerful Odd-Eyes build and can easily lock the opponent from using effect altogether if I had abused the Gravity Dragon effect. And so, it would be boring if all I do is locking opponent and preventing them from playing.

The DMK + Eternal Soul combo got you in the end
All you had to do was leave the ritual on the field when they had 800 LP and you coulda won. It woulda meant he could only activate one card.
