My parents saw that vacuum in 2021 at a thrift store and plugged it in and turned it on and it smelled horrible like fire like something was burning on it
Our wand has absolutely no sunction and it’s brand new.
Did you check for clogs
Does the brush roll cut off

It's connected to a belt that's directly attached to the motor that makes the suction
