This mamoo explains very nicely about not wearing a cap cos he has a ready solid excuse and it is valid and understandable and not too serious (No one really made an issue about it as I had a look at all the comments) however the real issues like: Picture/video taking, which is clearly Haraam, encouraging women to leave the house which is against the teaching of the beloved Nabi whom u held a seerah jalsa for. True scholars cannot sit still and be quiet when these things are happening.

The Sheikh used this video to demean the South African for pointing out that he is not wearing a head covering (Topi/Kufiyah). this is interpreted as follows as I see it: Nevermind that videos and pictures are Haraam and forbidden, we must now overlook other aspects as well. so tomorrow itll be why is there a problem if my satr is exposed, and you can see where its going from there....

Yes Im wrong 100% on that score however One cannot justify Haraam. For a scholar of his (Ml S Moola's) following going on TV and having your snap taken willingly is inexcusable
@MachiavelliSavonarogla it's not definite at all, there is big difference of opinion here. The interpretation of what Taṣwīr is, for you to say that it's definitely exposes your ignorance brother. Mufti Sulaiman Moola is of those Ulama who holds the view that taṣwīr is not photography and videos. Learn some.
