Sonic Origins Plus Mod - (CD) Knuckles Special Stage Redesign

This is a mod to provide Knuckles an alternate set of sprites within Sonic CD's special stages in Sonic Origins Plus.
After the DLC released, MotorRoach reached out to me to ask for help implementing a new set of sprites he was creating. Soap Surfin' helped him create these sprites too. I was able to work these sprites into the game as well as manage new palettes for the all of the special stages to accommodate them. A+Start's sprites from the original are quite good, but MotorRoach wanted to make another cohesive set.
