I agree that there is a massive shortage in villas but reports say that people (because of the increase prices) prefer to buy properties instead of buying them. That being said, if I were to buy a villa, wouldn't the risk of NOT renting it babe bigger than if I bought a studio or 1 bedroom? Any insights?
Hi, thank you for your comment. We agree that with the property market being as busy as it has been, a slow down (of sorts) would actually be welcome. But even with a slowdown, the medium to long term fundamentals for Dubai and the future, remain very strong and positive. raw demand an suply laws if there are more people moving in than the actual properties delivered /delivring house will keep going up also rentals
At what point does the market cool? It's been insane for the last 2+ years, would be healthy for things to slowdown before taking another leg up.
