I'm 70 and I eat raw ginger that I keep in honey .I drink my apple cider vinegar, I have another honey jar that has turmeric, cinnamon, cummin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cloves sometime garlic. I take capsules of Nettle it helps with alot and milk thistle. Between them all I can have a pretty good day. I use local unfiltered unhomaginized honey.

Put a little olive oil on a paper towel and run it around the inside of the vessel you use for measuring the honey. It will pour out with ease.
And put the vinegar in your jar before adding the honey, so it was stick to the bottom of your mixing/storing bottle.

Someone mentioned Arnica being helpful for inflammation. I have to say it's much more useful than that. I use Boiron's Arica Gel on all bruise type injuries. It starts to take away pain almost immediately. It reduces bruises so quickly it's almost miraculous. Practicing sports, martial arts, etc., bruises are common arnica gel is pretty amazing in reducing severity and duration of bruises and can be used locally on unbroken skin. Tiny amounts are all that is needed.

I will try your recipe, but I will add a tablespoon of black cumin oil, and I will use my remaining manuka honey that is usually used for sound and insect bites. The oil has anti-inflammatory as well, anti-oxidant, and anti-cancer.

I would not trust it to work like doxycycline personally. It had “antibiotic properties” but is mainly used for anti-inflammatory

Addition to this, I put ginger garlic a whole lemon and extra Virgin olive oil and grind them for few minutes and black pepper is not included but that would be a good option.

Here is a serious question for you folks out there. Now from the obvious being allergic to the ingredients, who shouldn’t take this herbal medicine?? I know pregnant woman should sue to the mother and the honey but can breast feeding woman take this? People with internal bleeding? FYI I love this video so much, you should make videos on herbal medicine for antiseptic paste for injuries and also pain killers.
