Durgeshbhai, i am selected in indigo and spicejet as a ground staff for security executive i gave my indigo's interview 1 month ago waiting for the offer letter and gave the interview of spicejet 3 days ago they told me that I'll get the offer letter after a week and today got the call from spicejet HR and told me my salary and all the things, but i just want experience in ground staff for 2 years after that i want to be a part of cruise ship security what should i do ? Which airline should i choose. I have heard that spicejet dealys the salary of their employees while indigo doesn't, but salary is higher in spicejet and they will make me sign a bond of 3 years and i have to give them 2 PDC cheques, while indigo is not like that what should i do now ?

Choose indigo. Because it's growing and free. I know salary is less but they don't charge any money.

Training is for 15 days and u will get accommodation by the company just during training. Later you will have to find an accommodation for yourself.
