What a shame the 2015 roster didnt stick together for 1 more year. That was my favourite FNC roster of all time and I think they could have done some serious damage.
Also 2018 FNC seems like it really was a one of a kind roster regarding synergy

I really respect Rekkles for putting Jankos in the European all-star team given their history and the current situation between them. I am a fan of Jankos and I agree that he deserves to be in that team, but so does Rekkles and I don't see Jankos agreeing with that statement. Hats off Rekkles, pure class!
Yes, because it's all-time. The goal was to go off on past peak performance, not current performance. You can't deny that Rekkles was the best ADC in EU for a long time. Right now he's dropped a lot because his KDA playstyle is not paying off and so many other ADCs like Hans Sama, Comp, Exakick, Crownie, Kobbe, Carrzy just popping off. Rekkles is far from bad, but I feel like the competition in EU is really high in regards of bot lanes. Well, that's my thought at least until MSI kicks in and we get a reality check.
You would need to be extremely salty/jaded as a person to ignore the impact Jankos had on European jungle for him to be left out of the list just because of a bad personal experience in 2021.
@@poro3246 its pretty easy for players like hans sama to be good if the team works right now. rekkles doesnt have that so i dont know what this thing "kda player" shit means. if your team has problems, you can be the fucking best and you look like a goofy bc nothing works
What I don't get is why do Rekkless fanboys want every pro-player to like him. Like these guys are professionals and as pros you do your what's best for the team regardless of what you think about the other person. THis ain't some high school drama
i dont feel that rekkless belongs in the current all star team....he looked like that for a long time...and has really...not shown to be that anymore for years. If this would have been a few years ago. Yes he would have totally been in there. But you can also fall of that ladder you know. ANd rekkles i really dont know. I wouldnt really put him in an all star team right now. Not even an ALL TIME all star. Because recent events matter just as much in that regard than those of the past. Its an ALL TIME all stars after all. Not an BEFORE TIME or A FEW YEARS AGO all stars.

@@alexcolevin7616 it really isnt that hard to explain basic though processes. they talk about the game 24/7. if there is one thing they can explain and give insight on its game related topics like this.
@@goshogosho8331 yes but they dont do it on camera, most of the players will be answering in 2 or 3 words and skip to the next one. And judging by recent Targamas-XL incident, they are probably unable to do so even off cameras.
@@alexcolevin7616 Not being great on camera and giving short answers has nothing to do with communication tho. That's an entirely different "issue". I think most players just don't emjoy doing content. But I agree that Rekkles does a fine job at that. Bwipo is also a great example of someone who enjoys commenting on the game infront of a camera. But those things aren't mutually exclusive - being great on camera doesnt automatically mean you are a great communicator and being bad on camera doesn't necesseraly make you a bad communicator ingame.

I think he should actually try it eventually. I think he's still got the fire to play, but he has a great mind, knows the game from beginning to end, and also knows how to communicate really well what he thinks.

I think its too much to say, that he couldnt be a problem of a team, because every player can be a problem of a team imo. But you are right, he is really smart and if he puts his mind to solving team issues, this is a huge asset.
He is very intelligent - The reason he is seen as a “problem” is because he is an introvert and isn’t a leader. So when things go wrong, he doesn’t step up and lead… he retreats into himself and becomes quite negative. Same as When teams aren’t listening to him (2019 G2) he can be seen as passive aggressive because he won’t come out and scream at people, he retreats inwards and just plays his style.
That’s why he can be a problem as a player

Wish they do something like G2 this year, like having some days to get to know each other and decide team culture stuff before next season.

Im actually happy that Bengi got metioned. Everyone will always talk about Canyon, Oner, Kanavi or Peanut. Maybe not supercarry jungler, but definitely deserves his place.

Proplayers always remember and mentioned on Bengi when they ask which jungler is best rol all time us... Althought Canyon also deserve his place for his consistence how jungler. Bengi and Canyon always are jungler best all time

The thing with Bengi is he never gets mentioned because he played with Faker and Mechanically he wasn’t this super gifted player, so he gets overshadowed a lot.

Yell0w was a beast, I loved him back then
tbf rekkles only played with yellowstar for like 2 years, it was 2014, 2015 summer and 2016 summer, while he played 3 full years with hyli so i kinda get it
Yellowstar was one the best support of Europe history, but that was a time where Support role wasn't really mechanics, Yellow was a leader and beast on macro-game but had bad mechanics.

It's true. Hyli and Rekkles were almost always THE best bot lane in all Worlds they've participated, especially in 2020 they rocked. It's sad to see the most famous adc not to find "His" support any more. I believe adc is 60% as good as his support allows him to be.
So basically his all star team would be 2018 Fnatic, what a surprise:D
He obviously enjoyed playing with them a lot.
I think that you can put a carry Jungle with Faker and Keria, you see that both of them can play the supportive rol, they does it with the actual T1's roster. In the top lane, maybe Bin or Zeus. In the ADC position, I think Ruler or Deft, an ADC that could carry the game when needed but also be left by himself when the top side will carry.
For the European All Pro Team, he basically just remade 2018 Fnatic and I understood him at that considering it was actually 2018 Fnatic that got me to being a Fnatic fan
Fnatic HUNI was my fav player so sad he was in fnatic just 1 year.

I loved FNC team with sOAZ, cyanide, xpeke, rekkles and yellowstar. I remember there was a problem with rekkles cause he was too young or something. I really enjoyed their games back in the day.

but overall, I think Rekkles did a great job with the two allstar teams even if there are probably some other older contenders we just all forgot^^

But its also interesting to me that rekkles didnt mention Uzi because Uzi used to supposedly be the best for some time and Rekkles used to mention him a lot back in the day as someone that plays really well.

@@franciskofranc7828 I think u are not right about this. Ofc we must give credit for Keria to really smurfing not only support - I watch his plays a lot and he is incredible in other roles too. But Guma is also very good player. You may not see it in the game because his team is literally made of stars - every single player is just so good - each of them can carry (which is something western roasters are still very bad at), but I watch also Guma a lot - hes commenting a lot while playing solo and this guy is really smart. He also deserves a credit for what hes doing.

Bro Deft has been better than definitely Viper for way longer… he has consistently been top tier throughout his whole career. The only ADC with that claim is Ruler and Deft.

@@leonardozumaeta4354 No I’m gonna have to disagree there - Viper 2018 was inconsistent as all and so were EDG. Bearing in mind how many times he would randomly int during fights and lose EDG the game.
Viper 2021 was kind of meh and Viper 2022 is not that good, HLE are very up and down and so is he.
Deft at his peak back on EDG was insane. There is a reason why he was contesting for best in the world at that point - Multiple times he would absolutely carry the game for the EDG. Then even on his return to Korea and DRX he was still in top form.

Ofc honourable mentions are pray,gorilla and bang wolf but i am speaking about the last 5 years that I am watching competitive a lot and RNG,T1 bottom lanes have always impressed me
2018 fnc and 2019 G2 are by far the best rosters in LEC history
that being said if 2018 fnc had 1 more year with the same roster they would have most likely had more success than 2019 G2

I hard disagree with that.
2019 g2 was a crazy team because they could pivot into mages bot which countered the xayah kai'sa meta extremely well. They had 3-4 flex picks in every single game. While 2018 fnc was notoriously linear in their drafting.
This shows how mature Rekkles is compared to other players. Some say it's PR but have you seen any player who shittalks Rekkles ever properly acknowledging him? Nope. Just look at Jankos. At this point it's pure toxicity. That's the difference.
