But, the allotment order PDF file is about 320 KB in size and it can't be compressed to any lower size because of its being password protected. Then, how to compress it to 150 KB, sir / madam? Scan the document through a bed-scanner exactly with 100 dpi resolution and convert the image through Adobe Pro Reader or some other application into PDF, and, finally, save it as a Reduced Size PDF. That's all, the resultant PDF will be less than 150 KB.
Or, if you have already had the document-images in higher resolution than 100 dpi, just change the resolution down to 100 or 75, and follow the steps in my above reply. Or, if you have higher sized PDF document files than 150 KB, try reducing them in size using Adobe pro or Format Factory or a lot of online sites that does the job freely.
