- Hyundai Creta 2024 facelift has finally gone on sale in India at a starting price of Rs 11 lacs. Since it's a mid-life update, the Creta has received several design and feature changes along with the introduction of new 1.5-litre Turbocharged engine that made its debut with new-gen Verna. Hi…hope u r doing well. Request if u can suggest what will be the value for money variant and better buy between seltox HTX and HTK + 1.5 turbo imt? Also since new creta S(O)has come is it similar or any better in terms of value, quality and drivability than seltos model HTX?. I understand looks are subjective but what according to you is a better product in terms of drivability?
Agree with you I also personally never liked the second generation till date. As you rightly said after seeing so many you become used to it. It seems Hyundai have become experts in spoiling good looks of their hot selling cars with every new generation case in point the latest generation i20 and verna.
Vikas in your older creta to elevate comparison video you choose elevate, now with this new launch of creta do you still want to stick with elevate or switch to creta?
Seltos looks much better than creta and also has fog lamp,seltos front grill design is also best to protect radiator from unwanted things.
Seltos was always a better product than creta. Creta sold more due to its name otherwise seltos is a much better product
Seltos get power adjust driver seat. Missed in creta.
Seltos look great.. only risk is SAFETY..
But seltos diesel don't get in proper manual

Beige Dashboard towards left will REFLECT in winshield, Its reflection may be an issue, wat u found ?
ACC layout is very 2012 era.
Exteriors looks better in my opinion.

@@NocturnalEngineer95 bro even we wanted grand vitara but its front look is very boring...it does not have enough power as it is hybrid and even its interior is very boring...it lacks many features....it has same infotainment screen as that of Baleno.....and even sunrays enter through its sunroof because they used very cheap kind of cloth....

The design is good and yes if you want all premium features in naturally aspirated engine this is the one..looks is a suv look and suspension is very good

Slight slope to the roof kind of messes the proportions. A bit big on front, and fizzles out by the time we reach C pillar. Could have been better..

Mix of different SUVs (Crossovers), front borrowed from Venue, rear borrowed from Brezza/Elevate, das borrowed from XUV700 & alloys borrowed from XUV300. :/
Front looks like venye rear looks like fronx to me. Loved the interiors previously aswell and its no different now aswell, tho I don't like the idea of making the buttons piano black aswell since they are fingerprint magnets. Overall its a good car and hope they did some structural changes to improve passenger safety.

On Road Budget ₹15-16.50 Lakhs // Yearly Running 20K Kms
Being Sletos HTX owner having no service centre in 100km vicinity we choose seltos primarily for it's up market better than European design & creta was really awfull at that time even i didn't like 2ndgen creta but only thing that i miss was panoramic sunroof which is boon in himachal as it add ambience & sunlight.. second hyundai service centre which is just 7km away from my home.. but now with updated design language i think i ll consider creta over new seltos..
PS : still my seltos is just too good in terms of looks

I don't know why hyundai don't give fog lamp.... it's very useful specially when you opt for base varient where u have halogen set up for headlight which is less powerful than the LED... they should give the housing of fog lamp at least
Cost cutting newly companies have started, surprisingly tata is the only one that's giving dedicated fog lamps with such design language

The MG Astor is very underrated and seems to be the most VFM in this segment while also being safe.
Chinese products are generally best vfm cuz most of the cost cutting is hidden and sometimes gov subsidises those companies.
However, I will stay away from Chinese cars
