Dan you don't strike me as the kind of guy we're used to seeing on Hoonigan, and these Shart Kart videos aren't usual Hoonigan either, but they're an excellent addition to the other content. We get scumbaggery, we get field trips, we get circle jerks, and now we get actual informative videos with detail and not much skipped, they're a great addition to the channel!. I'd love to see you working on other projects when Shart Kart is finished.
And lo, my wish was granted! the newer videos aren't quite as detailed as this, but it's still awesome getting to see proper builds of the Hoonigan cars, Dan can stay lol

You know, i thought the shart kart build was so cheesey. It just seemed like everyone on youtube had some sketch budget build and Hoonigan felt like they needed one too... But everyone is right; it's awesome seeing a project actually get worked on. Dan and Zack are the shit! Wish i could build something crazy with you guys some day

At 6:17 that looks like a pipe plug blocking of brake pressure, there’s a good possibility that it is the correct brake line flare plug cause Dan is the man. But just a caution to people copying this style set up. Use the correct type of plug it should mimic the sealing surface of the line and but that was removed (either inverted double flare or bubble flare) brake line nuts never seal at the threads like a pipe fitting, they seal at the flare. Hard line, hard line, after hard line. Sorry just a pet peeve of mine keeps brakes safe. Happy Hooning!!!

This is better than 99.9% of automotive content on TH-cam.
Motorcycle brake setup. Line lock, slide or if you need to actually stop; finesse them both with manual brake bias. That's actually a kinda cool setup for a yard cart.
Probably the only good thing about having insomnia is when @TheHoonigans upload a vid 👌👌

Stainless Braided brake lines, always is more fun for installs. Speedbleeders also make the bleeding way easier.

You Have two handles for the handbrake, that slide and bolt on. On straight for short guys, and on that bends back for tall guys.
I just learned how to flare the brake line in my Automotives class a few weeks ago. Only a double flare though, not a bubble flare.

Use welding rod (easy to bend) to map out your brake lines, then bend up your brake line to match, easy peasy
