Thank you for this video!! It was an excellent educational tool. My childhood neighborhood is going through gentrification and I needed this to help me understand how to help the older residents with their property. Also, my father died many years ago before he could sign over property to me. This information will help me on my real estate journey Thank you.

Can you explain land patent and allodial title? Or what a grant deed is?

1.QUITCLAIM DEEDS PROVIDE NO WARRANTIES THAT THE
PROPERTY IS FREE FROM LIENS OR OTHER CLAIMS AGAINST THE PROPERTY
2.DO NOT CERTIFY THAT THE PROPERTY IS FREE OF ENCUMBRANCES
3.DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE GRANTEE LEGALLY OWNS THE PROPERTY
4.NO GUARANTEES MADE THAT THE GRANTEE HAS THE LEGAL ABILITY TO TRANSER TITLE😊😊🎉🎉

1.THE GRANTEE HAS LEGEL RIGHT TO TRANSFER OWNERSHIP
2.THE PROPERTY HAD NO ENCUMBRANCES DURING THE
    GRANTOR'S PERIOD OF OWNERSHIP
3.THERE WERE NO OUTSTANDING CLAIMS OR LIENS
WHEN THE GRANTEE HELD TITLE TO GRANT TO TITLE TO LIEN😊😊🎉🎉

Hello! To which form are you referring? Is it one that you obtained from our website?
