A wonderful build and tribute to Opa. I always thoroughly enjoy your videos and I see the difference between you and many of the "rest" of us builders out here. I see myself as somewhat of a cobbler, somehow doing little bits and bobs to these little cars to make them "better". You my friend I always see as a fine craftsman, along the lines of someone doing fine, intricate watch or clock repair...taking those original parts back to their original condition or so much better, and adding your touches to make them more refined...more "special". Thank you so much for sharing your work and I'm certain Opa is truly overjoyed with your build.

DOT3 brake fluid,Martin two bands worth looking at Castrol & PJ1.PJ1 is a motorcycle brand,so a bike shop is where you'll find this.btw,i'm talking about paint on the screens.

@@martindaredare don't be tempted to soak it overnight,it can be disasterous,use a cotton bud,dipped in the stuff,rotate in a circle or from side to side.heavy paint may weaken the 'glass' if used constantly.Dura-glit if you can find it is a help,but can cloud some plastic's.Of the brake fluids,i found PJ1 the best,but then,i found it in a local bike dealer's,you may have to hunt for it.
