Matt didn't explain himself very well, but I think Pascal hit the nail on the head for me. Many people (not you) have been denegrating Wordpress and suggesting moving on to something else, over this. Many of them also benefiting financially, so I can't see them carrying out the threat. Besides what else offers so much for comparable outlay?
