I hated him. Hatedddd him. Then I loved him. Then I hated him again. He easily became one of those characters that I loved to hate, and hated to see hurting. His death shouldn’t have made me cry but mannnn- the writers behind black sails were brilliant, and they didn’t just write an “evil” character. They wrote every character with so many sides because they’re HUMAN and they grasped the concept that many (almost all shows) can’t do. Humans aren’t black and white, they’re complex and there are layers. They did their characters so well. So much respect. (BEAUTIFUL VIDEO BY THE WAY)

This show deserves way more recognition than it ever received. I feel sad for all the people out there that don't even know this show is missing from their lives! lol

Flint lost the war the moment he lost Charles Vane. He thought Silver was the one who will lead beside him. But Silver betrayed him. Charles wouldn’t have. Charles would’ve stayed loyal to the vision.
It’s strange rooting for figures that were so feared for their brutality in history, yet I find myself doing exactly that. Think that’s a testament to how great the writing for the show was.
This video is a beautiful piece of work. The music was a good choice. It seems like a memorial. I was in awe of Vane's courage and really admired him in the end. He was probably the bravest person in whole series. The hanging was very teary experience. I just finished watching the series a few weeks ago. I'm still soaking up all its greatness as 'the' series. C’est rare une vidéo avec les sous-titres en français, puis Hans Zimmer... Cette vidéo est un climax de fou, elle représente tellement Vane (ce mec est trooooooooooop badass c’est pas humain), puis avec Inception en soundtrack.. la fan de Black Sails, de piraterie et de Nolan est conquise 😍 Joli travail de montage !

Two of my kids live by topsail island n.c. when I told them that vane and Blackbeard roamed those waters they were amazed. I loved pirates since I was a kid. I didn't want to be the girl who needed rescuing. I wanted to be the pirate.lol
Zach is such a good actor and played Charles Vane wonderfully. His voice seduces you !!! He oozes sexuality..I hope he gets more acting spots. As a pirate he is GREAT!!!
Nassau is stronger when she's feared and if what promise to happens tomorrow actually happens, a trophy made of one of her most notorious captain. She may never be feared again, so i suggest we do something about it, I suggest we get him the hell out of there. Charles Vane I hated Charles during the start but at this scene when he saved fIint I started loving him. And then once again when he fought with Teach. And two days ago i finished season 3 and Eleanor hanged him it was really a heartbreaking scene for me. I very much wanted to see him and Flint together when they fought for Nassau.

Quoi qu'il en soit je suis conquise le montage est tellement parfait que c'est a couper le souffle ! Et je suis très heureuse que tu ai mis Eleanor dedans, vu que tu connais ma chaîne tu connais mon amour de ce couple :D Du 1080p, en plus tellement magnifique !!!! Je vais la partager partout :D

MissEleanorVane merci !!!! oui le partage peut m'aider à faire des vues! tu verras avec le temps tu feras beaucoup plus de dialogue , dans mes premières vidéos y avait presque aucun dialogue surtout par ce que j'y arrivais pas mais à force surtout en voyant comment Zurik23M faisait passer les émotions à travers les dialogues , j'ai commencé à les mettres! je suis vraiment content que tu aimes !! oui franchement eleanor je la déteste quelle est tué vane mais je comprends ses engagements et son combat ! c'était un putain de couple ! mais c'est surtout son amitié avec jack et teach que j'adore!
Zurik fait un boulot exceptionnel !!!! Même si tu atteint son niveau ;) j'ai essayer de le faire avec une vidéo sur Eleanor mais je la déteste tellement que je l'ai pas fini et je ne sais pas si je le ferais un jour. I have to say again that Charles Vane was not only a great character on Black Sails but he was gray....like not a black or white character....and that means not good or bad just gray... somewhere in the middle....yes at first he was a blackard and quite menacing...but then he shows that he loves Nassau and its people and will fight for them....its a shame he died but i do see why...and i do hear his msg....❤❤
