Very Nicely done! It feels like a real home to me and I love the second floor balcony and the fact that you've raised the ceiling to accommodate a 3rd floor master bedroom- Brilliant!
I am building mine right now and I want the second balcony too. That is adorable I wish I could build with you. Look like a delight. I am going to enjoy mine too though. I want to make the rooms large too. One day I will build from scratch. I have 2 completed already I want a little neighborhood.

I am watching older videos because I am redoing a 9 room Tudor and am having trouble with colors in each room ( previously entior walls done white type stucko). But think it's not showing off the house it's self. My question and I'm sorry for rambling is how you chose the colors for each room and then the entire house. Again it's beautiful. I know it's not the same house or style. But I just love how your over all look comes together so well. Thank you for your time. And again beautiful work
I try to go with 3 main colors and use them through out the whole house, using one of the 3 as the main color in each room, with the other 2 colors as the accent colors. I usually make the babies rooms in the pink, blue, or yellow colors. I also use a paint store that I get every month and then I tend to go with the color of the month and go from there! Thankyou for the compliment!
The 3rd floor was already there, but it was not high enough to really make it be pretend livable. I added an inch to make it a foot taller so it would be a normal size to work with.
For the second floor balcony, I drew the exact railings onto a peice of paper and put tracing paper over top of the drawing and used it as a guide to glue the wood peices together on.
