I sometimes notice a white layer on the vessels, especially on the grooves and designs of glass plates and bowls and also some steel utensils. I heard that it might be because of the hardness of water. When I watched videos of other brands, they have explained that the salt level can be changed according to the hardness of our water. It's it possible in Midea too? If so, how to do it? Pl explain.
Sir if we fill the salt tank , it will take automatically ,there is no manual options , and if the water is too hard then white layer problem occoured, because a steam of 50+ degree centigrate is moving on your utensil .

We have toshiba dishwasher (which marketed by midea here in India, everything is same from inside of toshiba and midea dishwasher) In 1.30 hours program, the machine timer at 18 min drains water and for rest of the time until the programs finish machine remain still (no working/no moment) We got replacement but in that machine also happens same way. Can you please tell us is it some fault or some program runs with no sound at all for 18 mins. The company technician have no knowledge about this. Please help.
dear mam , at the starting time dishwasher take water , in first 18 minute , and in rest of time ,the water is converted into steam , and the cleaning process is going with the help of water , so no worry your dishwasher is working fine , and toshiba dishwasher are manufacturing by midea , not marketed by midea , midea is the world second largest home appliances production company , the manufacturing unit at supa , ahmadnagar maharastra in india

Worst product I bought ever. Purchased in August 2023. Comes with 2 years manufacturers warranty. Stopped working in May 2024. Have been raising the issue with the brand since then. They are beating around the bush. Haven't resolved the issue yet. Been 4 months now. They at times block our registered mobile numbers. They don't reply to emails. They send unprofessional and unskilled Technicians who struggle to even remove the panels for accessing the internal parts. They send wrong items. They have already dented the machine, broken something whose piece has fallen off, have left several screws unfastened. Forget about repairing the machine, these people don't know how to diagnose. Please don't buy this product.
