If every secret character had their own ending: Yosemite Sam: wish for being the owner of the most important bank in the world Sylvester: wish for capturing something giganticly tasty (of course speaking for Tweety) but he turns into Monster Tweety and chases Sylvester Foghorn Leghorn: wish for a vacation in a paradise, and encountering the Barnyard Dawg for a padding Pepe le Pew: wish for Penelope to come to his hands, and be hammered by her Elmer Fudd: wish for either a rabbit or a duck, but with his naive nature, he can't decide and becomes insane, while Bugs and Daffy do a sarcastic comment for the moment Porky Pig: wish for sharing the prize with everyone, and then everyone is transported into a dinner, and Porky finishes the cutscene with the classic "That's all folks" Gossamer: wish for true love, then, he summons Witch Hazel, and she gets in love with him, and chases him Granny: wish for a big house with Tweety and her other pets, and then it cuts to Granny relaxing, while the three animals destroy everything in the house by chasing each other Duck Dodgers: wish for having intergalactic powers to stop the forces of evil, but he can't control them, and destroys the stage Dr Frankenbeans: wish for a brain for his giant robot, and proceeds to destroy the city, but first, a disco dance between the evil scientist and his robot Rocky: wish for being the most powerful criminal organization in the world, but this affects Mugsy, and does a mutiny against him, he literally finishes in the trash Smokey: wish for someone to ask a wish, then, Egghead appears but he just wants to go to the bathroom, and he waits for him, paciently Hector: wish for being the leader of a dog club, just for attacking a cat club led by Sylvester and others
I can't deny i was disappointed the other characters had no unique endings. Those ideas would have been awesome. I guess they either ran out of time or didn't want to spend time or money on extra cutscenes for the unlockable characters
Great game. They actually put effort into it. Cutscenes look great too. Games always look better regardless of graphics when given its own style. style. Its not the tool, its the artist.

(Smoke poofs and when cleared, girls come around Foghorn and swoon and smooch him) Boy, that’s just about as awesome as it can be. (Big fat hen comes running and jumps up to land on Foghorn as other hens scatter) Oh no… WHOH!!! (Big hen squishes Foghorn as screen irises) Yosemite Sam (When he received the trophy): Ya-hoo! I’m rich! I’m rich! Smokey (to Yosemite Sam, confused): Uh, yes indeed. Great work, Yosemite Sam! You’ve won the race. As your prize, I will grant you one wish. So how would you like to have your wish? Sam: Well, then, I wants me my very own bank where’s I can hold the mother load! (Poofs over to Sam’s new bank and he locks his safe full of gold and money) (Then a rumbling sound comes then the safe opens and gold and money splashes out at Sam) (Then Sam pops out of pile) Great horny-toads! I’ma gonna need some bigger space for this loot. Smokey (to Porky Pig): Congratulations, Porky! You’ve won the race. As your prize, I will grant you one wish. So what do you want for your wish? Porky: We-well, I wuh-we would like to eh-sh-sh-sh-sh-eh give this trophy to my friends. Smokey: Whoa-ho-ho! Talk about good sportsmanship! Of course. Sylvester: Suffering Succotash. Well, uhh.. I am kinda hungry. So I would like something big and yummy. (Smokey then poofs up Tweety in between two slices of bread) Ooh my.. (About to eat Tweety, he stops and looks at the sandwich) Huh, no mustard. (Doesn’t know that Tweety turns into Monster Tweety) Oh well. (About to eat, but stops and looks up at Monster Tweety) Monster Tweety: MWA HA HA HA HA HA! (Sylvester screams in terror and runs away scared) (Tweety turns back to normal) Tweety: Aw, the puddy tat is tone (gone). Hehehehe. (Winks at audience as screen irises)

Yeah it's decent quality for ps1. Almost as good as a really looney tunes cartoon. Well almost.
Maybe it was practice for the cel-shading technique at the time.
