PRAYER FOR HEALING FROM ANGUISH WITH PSALM 91
Dear and beloved God, I thank You for my life, I thank You for being able to make this prayer, I thank You for the lives of all the people who are praying with us at this moment, who trust in this work and who magnify this chain of prayers more and more each day.
May God bless your life, may God be with you at this moment with His hand of comfort over your mind, over your heart, surrounding you with good people, good feelings, and all protection.
In Luke 1:13 it says: But the angel said to him: Zechariah, do not be afraid, because your prayer has been heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John.
My God, we know that our prayers are heard by You, we know of Your infinite goodness and Your unconditional love for each one of us. Therefore, Father, we pray with all our faith, our humility, and with all our heart to You.
Beloved God, in these recent times, we have been going through very difficult moments, walking with anguished hearts, and amid doubts and uncertainties, my thoughts are confused, and I no longer know which path to follow. Sometimes, my God, I even come to think that there is no path at all, but I know, I know that everything will become clear, that the storm will pass, and a new day will shine before us. Thus I trust, because so You said to me in Psalm 91: He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
And I believe, Father, I believe in Your word with closed eyes, because Your hand always sustains me, even on the most nebulous days, in the worst situations, in the face of the greatest difficulties, You sustain me, You lift me up, make me move forward, and show me that there is always a better path, a good surprise, a new possibility, a new beginning. For even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me, Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
Dear Jesus, You, who are our only Savior, You who are the living word of Your Father, our Father, our Lord God, place Your hands over our heads, my God, clear our ideas, my God, remove from each of these Your sons and daughters who are listening to us, remove all thoughts that do not do us good, that only distance us from You, help us, oh Father, to wipe the dust from our eyes and see where I should go, in which direction I should follow. And I know, my God, that You can, because You move mountains, heavens, and earth.
I know of Your infinite power, we know, so we ask You, my God, help us find our way.
