This has got to be at least the 7th time I’ve watched this and I can’t get over how perfect the percussion solo and the entrance of the low brass, low reeds, and the 3 upright basses on the left is.
No es por nada pero e escuchado otro video de un orquesta Hispana tocar este canción también y de TODOS otros videos que yo e visto de este canción…los Hispanos le ponen extra sabor a este canción. 💯
You’re hearing either a bass clarinet or a contrabass clarinet. Most likely it’s a bass clarinet. Here is a contrabass clarinet POV of this song. th-cam.com/video/0HdGAM-WzGg/w-d-xo.html
its pretty close to how its written, quarters, then eighths, then eighth triplets, then sixteenths, then sixteenth triplets, into a trill, could of been free-er but it was close enough to right
As a flutist who always sits in front it’s so nice to see this perspective ❤ love arabesque
SAME
Sad to see there’s no contralto clarinet in here :( my fav instrument
@ omggg I absolutely love how the contralto clarinet sounds though 🙌🏾 sadly I never got to see one in my band
you guys totally killed that percussion feature at 2:46, bass drum and timpani player need a raise
agreed
For real! They were amazing at that part!
the trombone part at 2:55 gives me goosebumps every time
I think everyone gets goosebumps at that part tbh
@@funny_ol_kat ye
Same!
Agreeeeed
I don’t get goosebumps at all, but it is really cool

All fun and games till Timpani's iPad dies.
“whAT?!!?!!?? nnoooooOOOOO DUUDDDEEEEEE”

@@DevilOPlaysTubaNOOOOO
@@DevilOPlaysTuba Like Infront of an audience?
Love hearing it from the back of the band for a change when I usually sit towards the front
that bass trombone at 2:55🥵
everyone sounded amazing!! Super talented!!!
4:38 this part will always have me😍
2:47-2:55 the most terrifying 8 second in percussion history
as a tubist i would love to learn how to play this song with my friends but i dont know where to find the whole sheet music anywhere
th-cam.com/video/1hlnMdyyEHw/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=HalLeonardConcertBand It's a bit hard to see, but here is a conductor's score of the piece
www.mdihsmusic.org/uploads/3/8/1/8/38188193/arabesque_2.pdf That has every part
@@Gameplay_006 I found the music sheet online, both pages!
@@D3lt4Music was it free?
if it was free send me a website address.
The quality is amazing
I performed this in high school band, 11th grade. Good mmemories
i always get shivers when its the trombones playing
As a trombone, I don’t know whether to be sorry or happy that we gave you shivers while our person was playing us :)

I have listened to this song 7 times. . .
. . . Per video
I stumbled across this Alot and i forget to say that this was a Great Performance!
01:57 love the trombones
A unique perspective!
The timpani part is so cool!
can someone tell me what instrument I'm hearing in the background at 0:25 ? Not the flute, but the bass sound, it sounds so good

@ thats it , yeah! Thanks for the explanation and link!
I see a double bass in the left so I think it is that
@idk_aaron nope. It’s contra-alto clarinet. Arabesque doesn’t use contrabass
It’s a lot of instruments, it’s contra-alto clarinet, bass clarinet, contrabass(string), tuba.
Praying I get to play this before I graduate
Excelente interpretación de los timbales
I just realize that there is a string section to this? I thought only double basses
Sauciest trombone lick💯
I’m bouta play this bass part
this song focus alot on percussions. great to see it via camera view.
3:12 IF i dont here this part im not listening to the song
3:01 the low brass vibes tho
0:15
This song is so cool
Where was this performance?
Is this at popejoy hall in New Mexico?
is this at orchestra hall in Detroit, Michigan?
No, it is in the theater of the city of Celaya Guanajuato Mexico.
@@TioLukaz ah, looks like orchestra hall haha
I need the flute sheet music for this
I got it
2:15 tho
I feel bad for the guy who plays bass drum. He plays so little that the composer wanted the xylo player to switch to bass drum.
That’s a part of being a percussionist
I play the trombone
1.5x sounds good
Arabesque - nightcore
Nonchalant timpani
that flute solo is kinda rushed and a little off, otherwise it was fine
Unnecessarily slow and than fast at the start
