I love how Tsubasa's a monster on the court, receiving the ball from the opponent's ace with ease. Tsubasa's parents being titans in the Volleyball world, and the height supposedly not passing onto him was a funny sequence. I loved how Shunichi gave Tsubasa a heads up about Ayane, and the friendship the two would develop down the line. Cute romance, great story
It was pretty awesome that Tsubasa was able to help his team win against Haruomi's and it's even cool that his captain shunichi played his wingman and was willing to help him get with Ayane🥰 and here's to hoping that they winning the national games. 😊
Let’s go another sports story. I always enjoy sports stories. Tsubasa’s teammates were looking down on him and making him collect balls he he was short and they thought he couldn’t play. But again never judge a book by its cover. Everything changed when Tsubasa came in to play and he destroyed Haruomi’s team. Serves Haruomi right. Also his teammates realized what they’ve done and apologized. Shunichi was even willing to help him get together with Ayane but I really like the mindset Tsubasa had when Ayane confessed to him. He told her he can’t date because he can only focus on one thing at a time and dating would probably be a distraction but promised her after they win the nationals he will ask her out properly. 16:42 reminded me of Kuroko and Aomine. Great story and we need more sports stories
This is why bullies will never win, I'm happy to see that the MC have smoked the bully in a match against him but for me i had a similar time where i smoked a bully in football but now the MC and FMC are actually good couple for each other and soon to get married. Thank you for this story Kanon!

I'm not sure what's better, Ayane and Tsubasa developing feelings for one another or Tsubasa helping Shunichi and the team curbstomp Haruomi and making him quit volleyball. Hopefully the team can win the nationals and Tsubasa and Ayane can go out together as a loving couple.
It was kinda funny watching him fully admit he was too one-track minded to focus on both sports and dating. But hey, they got together in the end, so all ends well.

Haikyuu is way better than this knockoff version😑. They used several references that get close to the anime. Haikyuu was not a cheesy teen romcom, plus the boy in it got bullied a lot for being short and had a very tall rival that looked down on him.
Don't judge a man's abilities by his height. Tyrone "Muggsy" Bogues played point guard for 14 season's in the NBA and only stood 5'3". His quickness and ball handling abilities made him a holy terror at stealing the ball from the bigger guys.
Thank goodness he addressed it 14:37 for literally the majority of this video I was saying that he was basically doing the exact same thing like his rival. Also the manager did such a stupid thing before the match. Don't add unnecessary pressure like that, you can believe all you want but nothing is set in stone.
If they were all big on playing volleyball and had seen what he did with the ball just then they would have noticed what he had done like she did. Its a story so it just adds to it but its still kind of sad when people just judge you for things like height or speed or even time in a sport because when it comes to skill even fresh people can still surprise you and should not be taken for granted or face value. My only other issue is if your not gonna let him do the practices as well whats the point even if its a new school the captain was just an idiot for not letting him join the practice. If someone gets hurt what happens if you dont focus on helping everyone up their game and as a captain hes worthless at seeing that only seeing the short term because of his revenge.
