What would you estimate the cost to be for a house finished with all the details you show in the video like the brick pattern on the walls, the tiles on the walls and floors, the tiling on the outside, etc. And the counters made pieces of granite?

For this size of house and design might be around $600K USD in California.
In contrast, In Philippine, it is 156,000 to 187,000? That is quite different.
I live in A medium sized city in California in a 180 m2 home. My house is worth around 580k dollars. Here, this 300 m2 home would run you around 800k.

Are these houses include the cost of the land? I’m from Canada and we are in the research phase in possibly buying a land, and building a house. I’m very interested in cost findings of land and building the house. Preferred location would be about 1 hour max outside of Manila, preferrably, close to beach and/or mountain view with no flooding. Brother, I do not understand whether you are showing the design of the house or your showreel.
You are showing in parts one by one due to which the map of the house got lost somewhere.
I do not know what is the place till the end of the house entry. No sequence here.

Great design but the presentation is weak. It will be more interesting if the presentation was kinda walkthrough like opening doors that lead you somewhere something like that.

Very nice house design and floor plan. Do you have a video of a 3 storey 5 to 6 rooms house plan with a carport for 2 to 3 cars, an open kitchen design with high ceiling, a theater room and a family entertainment room on the third floor with a dip pool and an attic garden? Thank you
And a big room with walk in closet and bathroom on the first floor for senior citizens. The lot area is 384 sqm.
