Is it still going on in Carlsbad?
Yes, for weeks now, however the last couple nights it seems to have diminished quite a bit, as the red tide is going away.
I walked the coast of Carlsbad last night and the bioluminescence glow was pretty much gone. It was great while it lasted, but the trade off is that the red tide smells really bad. With the red tide gone, it smells better!
