Happy belated holiday weekend. I watch you brewing and I imagine that nice brewing smell that happens. I'm the morning person I can't talk until I've had a few sips in me. 😂 I have a similar coffee filter system. I slowly swirl the hot water around and around when pouring and then I let it fill up and slowly filter. This seems to make my coffee taste better than just pouring it straight on the grounded coffee beans.
Gas prices go up when holidays roll around. I can appreciate the coffee talks. I love coffee also, I heard you say you do not like flavored coffee, but I like both regular and flavored. My favorite, caramel Pecan.
