I have been listening to this song with different covers, and yet I came to the conclusion that no one can beat Taps' version. He even made this song sound better than the original. This guy has a killer falsetto! Every morning, to get me going I make a habit to listen to this song.
I just watched Sam Smith's version with a live orchestra, it was very good, especially the orchestra, but to keep it 100, This version blows the original away. Tap's vocals, soulfulness and phrasing are just killing it! The video was perfectly filmed and edited too. Congratulations to the Director.

This cover is... actually very good. Very, very, very, very, very good. This is exactly how I imagined the song should be sang. An African-American's voice really gives it that "punch" in the song, especially in the first few seconds. I like that twist on the chorus at the ending, using a very low pitch and then going back to the usual high pitch. I honestly prefer this over the original.
Tapiwa Mugadza is a black Zimbabwean born in Zimbabwe. He has a sad background which i wont say here. Listen to his song calked WAITING and ask him if you can, the story behing it.
