Definitely both and as well as the camera angle. I like it more zoomed in like the first two strikers games. The mechanics in the first two strikers games are way better and feel more fluid than battle league.
This was the very first mario game I remember playing as a kid. I used to put the little game disc into the wii and play it all night.
Little discs were so lit for it's time sucks they were too expensive to make

Here after trying the new one, this one is still the best by far. For those who are fans of the first 2 strikers, I’d wait for a sale because those 2 are way better.
Yeah I feel like the stadiums in the Switch game are too small. In the Gamecube game everything is more spaced out and the players aren't glued to each other (also the tackle sounds are better)

I want this game but it’s so expensive. The switch version turned out to be unfinished and half baked so if turned Nintendo chose to make an HD version of the GC entry on switch that would have been amazing.

I remember only being able to play this game at Toys R Us because I didnt have a game system. Me and my friend would go together and sprint over to the game section to hop on the demo station they had set up so we could play each other. Great memories
My local Kmart had this game running back when we had one. I used to play strikers whenever we went there, or Paper Mario Thousand Year Door.

I never had a game cube, but there was a k Mart inside the mall we would go to and they had this game playing on the game cube , so id chill there for 2 hours while my parents shopped. Those were the good ol days

It's crazy how the game feels so intense without any bgm playing in the actual match, only when a team makes a score. Just the atmosphere alone and the crowd cheering is enough to make me so hype I fucking love it!

The day I get a computer that can run classics like this I'm done with new games because these games like these right here have more playability and you enjoy yourself way more than games now days. Because I have both the xbox-one and ps4 they're both good systems both can't compare to game cubes, n64, snes, ps1, ps2, xbox originals, gameboy, gameboy advanced and all the rest. And I glad people are still enjoying the old games like myself. You've earned a new subscriber.

Man, coming back and comparing this gameplay to battle stars really makes you notice how watered down the new one seems. The little things like the celebration after a goal, the impact when tackling or bowser coming down and wreaking shit are just missing. Even the stadium seems tiny and lifeless.
Still hope its good when it releases.
We can still get them, we just have to wait, and there will be other stadiums to have more life in them so chill
