I recommend putting anti sieve on the tiller shaft and inside the tines. I had to pull my tines off with a three jaw puller when I pulled them off several weeks ago. I used a copper based anti sieve because it is water resistant. I lathered up the shaft and inside the tines pretty good.
Since Lowe's doesn't sell much Troy-Bilt anymore where do I buy Troy-bilt? I bought 3 Craftsman Riding mowers at $2000 each from Lowe's last summer and returned them all for not being put together with all the parts, not running, and not mowing. I would like to purchase a weed eater but dont want to wait 3 weeks for it to come in the mail
why would tiller tine shaft snap at gear box??? tilling in existing garden and right side tines snapped off with shaft still bolted inside of tines... seems to me troy built quality has gone down hill since taken over by MTD!!!!
