@@emugamer2610 crosshair thing, you know in emulator like pcsx2 or rpcs3, there's a official wiki that tell you the problem that game has, and giving workaround to fix the problem.

I just tried it on teknoparrot and the only thing is with my wiimote I get a mouse cursor instead of the red and regular cursor on the screen...

If you're referring to subway station level, yes it's still there.
You have the game running too fast. I have the same on a i7 6700k. My laptop with a i7 7700hq runs at the correct speed. Makes a huge difference in gameplay.
I have the same problem,how can I make it run normal speed?
Adjust the multiplier on the cpu lowering it. Its a trial and error. On my 6700k i can get it to normal speed lowering the multiplier to 28. Default is 42. So effectively im capping my cpu to 2.8ghz which is the oem hw speed of the cpu sega used in the cabinet.
Is there any bug you encountered while playing?
