  • It's a 1985 crime that rocked both Guyana and Trinidad and Tobago. The second ever kidnapping for ransom in Trinidad and Tobago's history.
A crime that exposes how the bond between the Caribbean nations can be exploited, but how that same bond can be used to rectify it.
Another True Caribbean Crime coming out from 1060 CRIMES. Click the video for a taste of nostalgia and evil.

Hey! Thanks for the comment! The Black Friday Kidnapping is often considered the first kidnapping for ransom in Trinidad and Tobago. July 11th 1980. 3 year old Phillip Jones. Near golf course in Clifton Hill. I actually posted that video today on the 1060Crimes TikTok page. And will be posting the 3rd kidnapping here on TH-cam within the next week or so (it's a crazy one!). Thanks again!

So there was a time in Trinidad when the police could have done investigation and bring criminals to justice. Or perhaps that is just fictional

THE LEAST YOU COULD'VE DONE, WAS INFORM US OF THE PRESENT STATUS OF THOSE CRIMENALS....DID THEY EVER MEET THE HANG-MAN, ARE THEY STILL ALIVE, WERE THEY EVER SENT BACK TO GUYANA ???
WE NEED """COMPLETE REPORTING""", NOT HALF-WAY / WISSHY-WASHY REPORTING SIR....PLEASE BE MORE INFOFMATIVE & CONSICE WITH YOUR STORIES.....
