Angie, you literally look better and more youthful and beautiful by the day. Fabulous videos, keep them up! You give such thorough honest reviews. A breath of fresh air! X
Shattered Dreams make up is just the icing on the cake (and of course you can wear make up if you want to! 😊) but there's so many amazing skin treatments out there you can try. Look at Angie before and now. She's an incredible advert for skin improvement! Go for it! 😊🖒
I appreciate that you're taking into account the effect of the sunscreen, because I think that can make a huge difference in how a foundation sits and wears. Thank you for trying the foundation with dif types of sunscreens.
I agree Angie. I bought this foundation and used it with a regular primer, putting it all over my face with my fingers. Hated it. Used it again with a pore minimizing primer, and put it on the back of my hand and it worked much better. It smells horrible (we are painting rooms in our house and it DOES smell like paint!!). It does feel tacky and you are right, you have to watch what you use as far as blush, etc. as it does take the foundation off. I do feel for me it was better with a different primer and also instead of putting it on my face I used the back of my hand to apply it (no brush). Thanks for the review. Glad to see I wasn't the only one who had issues with it.
OMG I could not get past .18 seconds without remarking how amazing and young you look! Absolute best look ever-I dont know what it is but we need a tutorial on this look ASAP! Jeez Angie- you look 30!!!!!! As for the foundation-lots of great reviews on this but how can you put foundation on your skin if it smells like paint??? So many people complain of the smell, there has to be a horrible chemical in it that will irritate the skin????
Thanks Jill! The ingredient list on this one is actually pretty good. I think they just didn't add fragrance to cover up the natural scent of the pigments...
Hi everybody ;-) If you get this foundation, a tip is to buy the new Wet N Wild Photo Focus Pressed Powder (4,99) That is amazing - it melts into the foundation and you look flawless and it works well with other foundations also. Then you can put blush and bronzer on without problem. Okay I can´t speak for bronzer on stick. Wet N Wild have a very nice MegaCushion Contour/bronzer (5,99) :-)
I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this foundation about 2 weeks ago and fell in luv. I'm 43 & pretty picky with foundations on my aging skin but, I luv'd how flawless it looked. Great video Angie.
I've been wearing this for about two weeks now and omg; when you said "tacky" I nearly shouted "YES!" at my phone 😲. I use a bit of setting powder and a setting spray and that calms the tacky effect down quite a bit. Love your drugstore reviews; high end products really aren't an option for me right now so finding budget-friendly makeup is important. Thank you!
I recently saw 3 TH-camrs, Wayne Goss, Casey Holmes and Jackie something with an A do. They looked FLAWLESS. I'd love to see it on mature skin. They moisturized, primed, etc but then they put on a THIN layer of LOOSE powder. Then their foundation and concealer. Wayne made a point of saying several times to only put on more loose powder if you have oily skin. He set his under eyes and T zone. Then they applied the rest of their makeup. Flawless! Pores? Covered. Lines? Covered. AND they used less foundation. It was amazing, especially since we are always told NOT to put liquid over powder. I'd love to see how it works on more mature skin. Thanks!
Beth Hughes I'm also 42 and I use the RCMA powder before foundation (EL Double Wear is my fave) and I works great. I put the powder on with a damp beauty sponge.
Beth Hughes The only powder that worked for me out of my collection was the RCMA powder. I'm thinking it's because it's so fine compared to say Laura Mercier. I used my usual moisturizer, sunscreen and primer. I used a damp beauty sponge to apply then take a brush and sweep over it to knock off any extra. I also use the damp beauty doing to apply my It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores loose Powder after foundation. I haven't tried this technique yet with other foundations so maybe that makes a difference? Tomorrow I will try that. I really think a finely milled powder was key for me personally.
You look so pretty in anything you put on, your eyes are so bright and I love your skin. I also love how you give us all the info below the video. So glad I stumbled upon you and hope in time my skin will look as good. Thanks for doing such through testing Angie :)
Denise D I know- Angie I've been a consistent fan for close to a year and you're most definitely looking younger. You look five years older in your videos from when you first started ...your eyes are much more hooded and your whole face just drooped more. Yes I know it's somewhat make up but I really think it's your skin care regimen. So I've been taking notes girlfriend LOL I take much better care of my skin because of you and I really do think it's improved quite a bit !
I want to thank you so much for your reviews! I'm almost 40 and starting to see fine lines pigmentation problems the norm... your reviews have helped me with finding foundations that look natural and not pull out my flaws. The way you try on the foundations with so many applications, I'm so grateful Angie! Hope your day has been kind to you! Btw I adore the Chanel perfection lumiere makeup! Game changer for natural no makeup makeup look! I have to say it mixes quite well with my Tart rainforest of the sea. The tart lingers in my lines and the Chanel does not. When I mix them it's magic. Cheers my dear!
I just purchased this foundation last week and had mixed results with two different primers (I used the same sunscreen both times). The one that didn't do well at all for me was the Wet N Wild coverall primer. It made the finish a mess, to the point it felt like it was cracking by the four hour mark. It also made every single line show, always a no-no at our age. The other primer was the elf hydration primer, which seemed to work a little better, but it was sliding around by the end of the day. I'm going to try without primer to see how it works. I really want this one to work, because of all the rave reviews. Thanks for giving this one a go for us older gals :)
Oh I tried this Angie, and this is NOT for people with really dry skin. It made my face feel so tight and dry I can't wear it at all. I, however am a person who has to put Marula oil all over before I even use makeup. My skin is sooo dry and I have been having trouble finding something that doesn't dry my skin out. Thanks Angie!
Hi, Angie. I just wanted to let you know that because of your Friday foundation videos, I found that the Chanel foundation works best for my skin. It's great. I'm almost 60 and am half White, half Asian. The Beige 40 works best for me, in case there's anyone else matching my ethnicity reading this. Thanks for your hard work. It's much appreciated. I'm an Angie too, btw...
Im loving this foundation for two weeks now. It does smell exactly like latex paint but it goes away once it's down. I'm not experiencing that prolong tackiness that you're talking about but I do powder my face also afterwards. I do lay down a high adherent ordinary brand primer and I use a hydrating primer around my eyes first. I also layer a color correcting concealer in the corner of my eyes over this foundation as well. I find that that works OK but I cannot powder under my eyes in addition to having this down and the color correcting concealer it gets too cakey. I have combination skin leaning towards dry here in Maryland this time of year. This may not work for me in the summer where my combination skin tends to be oilier.
I've been wearing this and like it. It's one of the few I've tried that doesn't settle into my forehead wrinkle "map"! You are right about it being hard to blend products on top of it- I tried a new highlighter today and thought I had blended it sufficiently. When I got to work I saw it literally looked like a blocky streak of highlight- not blended at all! I'll be much more careful going forward.
After hearing about the Chanel foundation you liked so much, I went in search for my shade. Was very disappointed at the shade range. I have yellow undertones and none of the Chanel foundations worked on me. Anyone else found this to be true? This wet n wild foundation has a better shade range and worked well for me. The smell is only noticeable if sniffing from the bottle. It goes away once applied. I'm very sensitive to scents and this didn't bother me.
svah gal I have fair skin with slightly yellow undertones. Shade #22 actually worked quite well for me. However the foundation itself doesn't work without a very hydrating primer. Or perhaps I need more of a moisturizer to start. Anyway it is not my Holy Grail, but still a top favorite.
Isn't it surprising that a high priced foundation like Chanel doesn't offer more shades? But the foundation is great. Maybe you don't have to give up. Have you tried tinting the closest Chanel color with NYX or Cover FX drops? I myself found shade #20 even a bit too yellow on my pale olive skin, so maybe there's one color that gives you enough to work with. I like to use two shades anyway to achieve a bit of subtle bronzing/highlighting just with foundation, so I don't happen to mind fiddling with the bottle shade. For a straight-from-bottle match, Armani's shade range seems somewhat friendlier to yellow undertones.
svah gal if you go to the chanel site there is an original vitalumiere that has different shades. None of the aqua work on me either, most stores dont carry the original but it is on the site. Love it. I got this wetnwild and like it with a powder applied with a damp blender like Angie recommended. It does smell funky!
I switched from Angie's pick to Chanel's Vitalumiere (moisture rich formula). It was my holy grail! The sales associate at the counter recommended that formula because I have dry/normal skin. I find it works wonderfully for me. It does not pass the "phone" test. I use 07 ivory.
I just turned 50, and just started using this product. I do have to set the foundation with powder and I also use powder blush. After 12 hrs, I am only slightly shiny, but it seems to hold up for me pretty well after a long day of work. I was using Sephora before I started this product.
I was actually doing my make up with this foundation (for the first time) as I watched you! Had I not known, I would have thought we were talking about two different products! Mine did not have any smell at all, was quite thin in consistency, and was a little darker than it appeared (I was using Shell Ivory). I applied with my fingers, over primer, and then bounced in with a Beauty Junkees sponge. It pilled a little, and dried down immediately to a very matte finish. Not loving the finish, but with a little ELF spray over the top is should be fine. Don't particularly care how long it lasts - but do care about how it looks! First impression - not for drier skin! The shade range is really good, don't like the applicator, but for anyone that wants to try it, CVS has buy one get 50% off the second on all Wet and Wild products today! FYI the one coat gel nail polish is excellent, with a nice choice of colors!
Wow I thought it dried down nicely when I used a beauty blender. No powder. I thought for under $5.00 (Walmart) it was pretty good. I didn't have any of the issues with it sliding or not playing well with other products. It looks nice on you!
I just purchased this foundation. I like it quite a bit, but I have dry shin. I use a cream highlighters and contour and so far no issues with blending. I use a beauty blender for application of all liquid and cream products. I did notice a badly placed patch of powder contour was hard to correct. I buffed it in with some blush and it was fine. this is now my favorite drugstore foundation and the only wet n wild makeup I own.
I just bought this foundation yesterday, after seeing so many people review it on TH-cam....and so far I really like it! However, I also bought the purchased the Wet N Wild mattifying powder in "Matte about you" (A852) and that one is not for me. Although it is translucent, it has quite a lot of "shimmer", making my entire face look glittery (You can NOT see a glitter look in the pan). But again, the foundation is great! Just thought I would give my experience.
Just fyi...I will be 36 tomorrow and do have larger pores in some areas and also have fine lines/wrinkles. Lol just thought that would be important to note.
Darra Richardson There is a Photo Focus Pressed powder to go with the foundation, and I don't believe it's matte. I like the Wet n Wild Coverall Pressed powder, but it is also matte.
I tried this and the "Paint smell" is so strong. I let it set a few min. then took my Bye-Bye pores pressed powder to set it. then added (powdered) blush. bronzer highlighter. It was moisturizing I liked it but also the E.L.F. photo foundation. All in all~~ I still reach for my "IT CC (liquid)cream foundation". As most everyone knows It has great anti-aging ingredients and mineral sunblock 50 in it. I need all good I can get at my age. That Wet N Wild just makes me feel like I'm putting chemical paint on my face~ I get headache. But I keep trying it hoping the smell will fade.
I really like this Wet N Wild foundation. Its $4.68 at Walmart! I think it looks really good and, wow, what a price! I had not even noticed the smell, but when I watched your video, I checked it out. You are right--latex paint exactly. I tend to powder my whole face with IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores setting powder and then I put on blush. I guess by doing that, I avoided the issue of not being able to blend.
I love this foundation! I will apply and then use Laura Gellar balance and brighten powder and then IT bye bye pores powder over it and it looks great all day!! But I only use one spatula of it! A little goes a long way!
Thank you for reviewing products that are cruelty free--no testing on animals or animal ingredients! Please consider this when purchasing products, ladies!
I JUST bought this last night and haven't even had a chance to try it yet but since it's getting such amazing reviews and so inexpensive....I have to try!! It might be different on the face but when I did a swatch test on my hand, it didn't stay tacky at all. ALWAYS love your reviews Angie!
I love this foundation..Like that it looks very natural and just evens out my skin..Blends very well with either a beauty blender or fingers..I haven't experienced the tacky feeling..I set it with Elf HD powder..Lasts all day..I paid under $5.00 at Walmart..
I'm just popping in to say hello. I'm a new subscriber. I love love love this foundation. The, I think it's Shell Ivory that I chose, or Shell Beige, anyway it's a perfect match for me. One thing I love about this foundation is that it does NOT oxidize ! So rare for a drugstore foundation. It stays true to color all day. My other favorite is Loreal Infallible Pro Matte. I just wish both of these foundations came in a pump. I'm 40 now (and yes my pic is current) & am looking to follow TH-camrs who are more in my age group. I'm so happy to find you !
Hi, I had a quick question about the color. In the video you said the color you used was Bronze beige but in the information box you wrote Golden beige which is correct? I'm close to your skin color and was hoping to get the best color. Thank you.
I'm in the process of trying out this foundation. My skin type is more combo/dry since I hit the menopausal stage of life. I detest that paint smell of this foundation but can tolerate that more than a perfume smell on my face. I like that the shade range is cool, neutral & warm, but I still have trouble finding a light shade to match me. I thought this foundation looked very well on you except for the second day. You still looked great in all those different lighting situations too.
OMG I couldn't focus on the foundation cuz your eye makeup today is just so beautiful! I've been watching your videos for quite awhile and I believe this is the prettiest look I've ever seen! You are looking younger and younger!!!
Hi Angie, I noticed your wearing lipsense. I can wait to hear your thoughts on this lip product. I love the fact that it does not smear and the color lasts all day.
I agree with it not mixing with other products so well. I used the age rewind under my eyes and when I used my sponge to blend it completely wiped off the foundation around it. If it weren't for that it would be really great.
I bought this foundation to try per the reviews on TH-cam, and I must say I am impressed. love the staying power and the color selection were a hit. I was so impressed that I went and got a second bottle for $2.99 at Walgreens (that was an excellent buy). It does feel a little tacky when first applied, but with my dry skin the tackiness goes away, and I dont set it with a powder. I liked the way this foundation looked on you. Thank you for your honesty on all your reviews.
Thx for this review, Angie. My daughter tried this and did not like it all all. She just gave it to me to try and, after this review, I'm looking forward to trying it. Tysm for all you do
I have been using this foundation and really like it! I use it with the Hard Candy Hydrating Primer spray and haven't had any problems, but my skin tends to be dry. Also, I haven't noticed any smell--and I'm usually picky about that. I think it looks smooth and wears well. Thanks for your review! I always love to hear what you think!
i agree so much with your opinion of the foundation. and yes it does smell like paint, but that goes away. it's soooooo good for something so affordable. great review! thanks for showing it in different lighting and trying different products with it. for me, setting it with translucent powder like RCMA no color powder works way better than my pressed powder. it stays on my skin, and for nose, I use an eyeshadow primer before I use foundation there. when I did that recently, it lasted my entire 10 hr, sweaty kitchen shift. I'm very impressed with this foundation and the overall finish. very lovely.
I was so excited to try this. Mine smells like paint also. I applied it using a dampened blending sponge. The finish is smooth and amazing, and not drying at all! However it broke me out. Not worth keeping in my foundation arsenal due to the smell and that it gave me pimples.
This is my favorite foundation! I found it watching videos about Il Makiage (which does not work for me at all!) I'm 53 with fairly balanced skin. I find this has great coverage that lasts me all day. It looks very natural on my skin. The only issue I have had is when I used a cream blush, which you also mentioned as an issue in the video. If I use powders, no issues.
really love how thorough your videos are! you're helping me figure out which makeup I should try. I have a tight budget, so it's tough when I try something and it doesn't work for me, especially high end!
Your eyelashes look amazing Angie, is this Revitalash? I'm really impressed with your work and the research you do on ingredients, I've learned an amazing amount from you.
this is what I use daily now and I just set it with HD powder and have no issues with any powder products like blush or contour powder sticking to it. what you said about the smell is baffling me though... mine doesn't have a strong smell at all and isn't unpleasant in the least, certainly not like paint. weird.
Hi Angie, I love this monochromatic look on you! The blush and lip color are so natural looking. So much better than pink cheeks and lips. Makes your eyes pop too! It's a keeper!
I'm glad you did this review. I was wondering how well it works for mature skin. I think I may try it. It looked really good the first day when you applied with fingers. I apply alot of my foundations with fingers anyway. I feel the sponge soaks up too much product.
I picked this up the other day, but couldn't get past the paint smell and the one I chose was too yellow for me. I may try another color. If you want to try another drugstore foundation, I'd be curious how you felt about the Neutrogena Hydro Boost foundation. It may not be full coverage enough for you (they call it a natural coverage) but I really like it. It covers my imperfections just enough to not be too makeup-y looking. Laurie
Would love to see what you think of the Shiseido Synchro Skin "Glow" to see if you like it as much as the long lasting? I'm not sure which one to pick up.
I had some of the same issues with this foundation. It was complicated I liked the finish but had trouble with anything I added looking like I had put too much blush and bronzer on lol I'm still on the fence will probably try a few more times before I decide. Thank you I love your reviews you are so informed and give great details especially for older skin thank You again ❤
I have this foundation in the Rite Aid bag ready to return. I agree that the finish was nice but I just couldn't get past the odor and the "unnatural" feel this had on my skin. Thanks for a great review, it does look nice on you.
I agree with Carolyn's comment below. I haven't yet reached the Flashy Decade (although I've been having hot flushes for five years, since I was 41) and I'm so delighted I've got all your skincare recommendations, Angie, as I do think my skin is looking better on Vitamin C and Retinoid with twice weekly Retin-A. If I look as good as you do by my 48th birthday (I'm 47 next Thursday), I'll be so chuffed! I tell you what, though...just beginning with a Retinoid Serum and Cream has caused skin flaking, so I've eased back on using it am and pm. It's Vit C + Vit C Cream morning and then the Retinoids in the pm. That seems so be reducing the inflammation and flaking. Thanks for always being so thorough and easy to understand. I'm lucky to have found your channel 😘
Wow, I went back to watch the last Foundation Friday and you are so right, it is so much better than the IT Confidence in a Compact. Just proves that just because it costs more, doesn't mean it is better. Thanks for another wonderful video.
I love the lipstick you are wearing at the first day. Please tell me wich one it is. Hopefully I can get my hands on it in germany...!? Love your Foundation fridays! I'm 38 and I'm all about anti-aging.
New subscriber here! Love that you channel focuses on us over 50 gals! My skin is sooooo dry. Wish there was a foundation that was moisturizing that didn't settle into my wrinkles....
I LOVE this foundation!! I'm 46, so I'm up there in age, I find it works well with my Lancôme moisturizer with added sunscreen. I didn't notice a smell. Love the videos!! Thanks for all you do for us older gals! 😘
Yes Angie I agree it is the best drugstore foundation and better! I use the Golden Beige! I avoided trying it cause it said it was matte and all the youngens were wearing it. But then I tried it and have been wearing it every day! Oh and you really are looking more and more beautiful!! xoxoxoxox Hugs! CAROL
I love these videos! Thank you so much. You save all of us so much frustration and money. You have such a great channel! I have a suggestion for a video. It would be great to have someone explain about all the different brushes and their uses etc. I hear people talk about duo fiber, synthetic etc and they would or wouldn't use them for one thing or another. I don't really understand which is good for what and why. Help! Have a great weekend Angie! Xo
I agree I've tried using it different ways because all the great reviews it gets but it does wear off in different places, it excentuates texture on my face. it is good as far as price and drugstore products but things work different for everyone. I've used products that were great then all of a sudden wasn't anymore and vice versa.
I started playing with this foundation on Monday, and I gotta say,, I really like it. I think it smells more like play doh, lol, but the scent goes away. I love the wear time with this!
I've been really enjoying this foundation. I have normal leaning dry skin and with a moisturizer it works very nicely. I haven't tried it with a powder...didn't think it needed it. But after seeing your results , I'm going to try it.
Hi Angie, have you ever tried the Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation? I only use that now, I have never found anything that I like more... I'm a professional make up artist so I use it on many different skin types and it always works! Plus it has a nice gentle fresh smell to it so it is very pleasant to use on myself or on other people...
I love this foundation. The concealer is also great. My skin is slightly oily this time of year & oily in the summer. I don't use a primer just a Korean or Japanese sunscreen. Thanks
Thanks for this video. Your foundation reviews are so great and I look forward to seeing them. I have been searching for a foundation for a while now and I am not sure where to go as my skin is normal to dry. You also look fabulous.
Angie., the tonality of colour is the best for you., the color is neutral or a bit cold., Looks amazing on you. About the texture and quality no sure is the best but tone wise is great,!!!
Hi Angie! I would love to hear your thoughts on a sunscreen I've been using. I don't have much experience with sunscreens but purchased this one because it's for sensitive skin and I recently started using Retin-A. The sunscreen is Avene Mineral Ultra-light Hydrating Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50+
Angie, I have also been testing this about two weeks since Tati'a review. I did not notice the tackiness as much but did find it breaks down a bit at the 9-10 hour mark and found it trick to work with concealers or creams as you suggested. and it definitely needs the right primer. It seems to work well with the ordinarily high spreadibility primer which BTW I really like- would love your review of it. It is moisturizing yet matte. Always enjoy your perspective and your reviews are usually super close to my experience. Thanks!
I am 39yrs old and you are one of my favorite TH-camrs.Yus sayin.Very Informative and majority applicable.Enjoy your objecive Reviews.Look esp gorgeous n this video.😊
I really like this foundation and it makes you look stunning. You should wear it often .,I do notice that foundations come off my nose easily ( alergies) and coldness . Yes you are spot on about wearing different sun screens and bases with this but i still love it .So nice especialy for the price.Thank you for the vid , nice job ,i love that you show us with three days and different under products ...just beautiful .have a great day Angie!
I've been wearing Neutrogena foundations for years and they are finally not working for me- 47. The colors were always perfect, light medium golds. No one on any of my YT channels uses them. Any info on that? I used to use Clinique in college. Is there a Clinique that might be better for my older mostly oily skin that's long wearing?
With drugstore make up becoming almost as expensive as high-end, I'm glad that wet and wild is keeping their price point where it should be.
Walgreens has new dewy version on sale 3.50 this week. My favorite perfect color match too. 😍
Angie, you literally look better and more youthful and beautiful by the day. Fabulous videos, keep them up! You give such thorough honest reviews. A breath of fresh air! X
Carolyn Silver agreed! she looks great
That's exactly what I was thinking.
Carolyn Silver job i
Can we all agree: Angie rocks!
Molly Levingston
What primer did you use to make it work better?
I think it looked really good on you and I know on myself, it looks a lot better on my skin than a lot of my high end foundations, which surprises me.
Powder for dry skin? Or setting spray?
I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this foundation about 2 weeks ago and fell in luv. I'm 43 & pretty picky with foundations on my aging skin but, I luv'd how flawless it looked. Great video Angie.
I've been wearing this for about two weeks now and omg; when you said "tacky" I nearly shouted "YES!" at my phone 😲. I use a bit of setting powder and a setting spray and that calms the tacky effect down quite a bit. Love your drugstore reviews; high end products really aren't an option for me right now so finding budget-friendly makeup is important. Thank you!
You are always so informative and I like how you get right to the point. I appreciate your dedication to your viewers.
Thanks!
Beth Hughes I'm 42..I love doing this and it is very blurring.
Beth Hughes I'm also 42 and I use the RCMA powder before foundation (EL Double Wear is my fave) and I works great. I put the powder on with a damp beauty sponge.
Beth Hughes I found it made my foundation super cakey. Any tips ladies? X
Fiona Midgley that's what I'm afraid of. The videos I saw were all young! (Not that we aren't, but our skin needs are different !)
I love this foundation still! And im 53 with combination skin always looks flawless compared to my 35/45$ foundations!!
You look so pretty in anything you put on, your eyes are so bright and I love your skin. I also love how you give us all the info below the video. So glad I stumbled upon you and hope in time my skin will look as good. Thanks for doing such through testing Angie :)
Thanks so much Denise!
Denise D I know- Angie I've been a consistent fan for close to a year and you're most definitely looking younger. Yes I know it's somewhat make up but I really think it's your skin care regimen.
I enjoy this foundation and discovered that you do have to use setting powder to get rid of the tackiness. I didn't notice any smell
I always set my foundation with powder for any foundation.
Jennifer Ann Fox - So, you powder before foundation? Sorry, didn't get exactly what you meant.
Yes u have to set ladies..
I love this foundation on my 52 yr old skin. I do set my face with a light dusting of setting powder and have not had any problems.
I'm 59 and have been using with no issues. I use a primer also and I don't have the tackiness issue. For the price it is pretty good!
Angie, I love your channel! Thank you for all you do, all the time you spend, the depth you go to in order to provide the very best information!
I agree with everything you said, sponge is better, it last all day and didn’t make my oils worse, it actually helped it.
Love the coverage it gives. $5 an amazing bargain
I just love how you are so thorough! Great review Angie !
Happy Birthday! & thanks for the info on the powder!!
Darra Richardson There is a Photo Focus Pressed powder to go with the foundation, and I don't believe it's matte. I like the Wet n Wild Coverall Pressed powder, but it is also matte.
Looks great on you! I have a teenage daughter and am always looking for "affordable" makeup for her!
Another great review and documentation. A picture is better than a thousand words and your pics are so real!
The lipstick looks gorgeous on you!
Please consider this when purchasing products, ladies!
i love how serious u take ur review videos and go into detail with so much diff lighting :D
Thanks again for doing such comprehensive research-it's so helpful. I can't get over how perfect your brows look-even up very close! XO
Can you please try the Catrice foundation😁
Holy beauty ! You are the definition of flawless!!
On the Pro side, it is also vegan product, which made me purchase it.
i agree so much with your opinion of the foundation. and yes it does smell like paint, but that goes away. it's soooooo good for something so affordable. great review! thanks for showing it in different lighting and trying different products with it.
for me, setting it with translucent powder like RCMA no color powder works way better than my pressed powder. it stays on my skin, and for nose, I use an eyeshadow primer before I use foundation there. when I did that recently, it lasted my entire 10 hr, sweaty kitchen shift.
I would love to hear your opinion on L'Oréal's Infallible Pro Glow foundation (not the matte). Thanks Angie - look forward to your videos every week.
I really like the Pro Glow but there's not a color match for me so I mix 2 together. The Wet n Wild looked better on my combo skin.
Thanks Angie - I'll try the Wet n Wild!

I use the photo focus primer & powder before I put in my contour and blush and I set it with setting spray no issues at all.
I absolutely LOVE this foundation!! 50yr old here. Normal, not oily at all, type skin...
God,..with that price I too am surprised,..good of you to go thru all of that for us. You are perfect,..such beautiful skin and features!
I’m almost 60 with a bit of Redness, acne prone p,is have scars . Just purchased a and very happy ! Under. 10 CA , lovely !
CAROL
I tried this foundation & it broke up on my nose & was too dry for my skin ☹️
Hi Angie, I always look forward to your videos....always so informative. I so love...love your make up in this video!!
You are the best reviewer of this product that I've watched so far! Thank you :)
I subscribed to your channel.
Thanks
Thanks Angie, I always look to your honest reviews before I buy.
I'm going out right now to try it. I'm wearing Dior Foreverskin now and am feeling so so about it.
Thanks for this video. Your foundation reviews are so great and I look forward to seeing them. I have been searching for a foundation for a while now and I am not sure where to go as my skin is normal to dry. You also look fabulous.
I used it with the hard candy primer spray as well and had the same result. I've used it with other primers and it worked better.
Angie., the tonality of colour is the best for you., the color is neutral or a bit cold., Looks amazing on you. About the texture and quality no sure is the best but tone wise is great,!!!
How could you fault such brilliant review. Angie you put so much effort into your work. Great job.xx
Luv the wet n' wild foundation.. Worked like a charm.. I look flawless all day..and I have oily skin..
This highlight looks natural and glowy. Stick with this one it is very flattering. Is it the Clinique cream highlight listed below only?
Thanks for offering us more mature ladies such thorough reviews and diligent searches for good products that work for us. I love your videos.
