Thank you for your patience, the block is called "Cube Facade Tile." It is one of the bowling court pieces. The track goes face up with a standard cube on top of it.
Crops in farm plots do not grow when farm plots are placed underground - unless there is an opening above it. Squirrel found that an opening with a hatch allows for farm plots underground or under cover to work within a distance from the opening. A hatch over the top of the opening does not interfear with the farm plots below, allowing farm plots to grow in an enclosed environment.
Love the old fashion feel of this video. And great work on the base I think it looks really nice… and effective!
