Behind The Scenes: How We Make Baobab Puree

We tend to think of fruits as being juicy. Baobab, the African Superfruit, is famed for its exceptional nutritional properties, but it's naturally dry and powdery. And sometimes you just need a bit of juice with your fruit. Recently I've been working with a team of outstanding food scientists in the UK. Together we've produced a beautiful and fantastically user-friendly Baobab Fruit Purée. 100% organic, 100% natural and 100% juicy. Here's a quick, behind the scenes glimpse at the process involved in transforming this naturally dry African fruit into a gloriously creamy and nutrient-dense purée.
