Dear chef Anupa As u say it is quick recipe suppose we dont haveginger and garlic we have to make at home first. Secondly u added ghee and bhuno the paste in high or medium or low. Cant we add oil in place of ghee.? And how much minutes we have to stir fry mushroom? Plz let me knw Thanks Rims1

Halka sa salt dal kar ap methi ko bhi saute kar lijiye methi jse hai soft ho jay wo jo pani chorege use bhi suka kar aap mushroom k sath hi gravy me mix kar dena
Just add the methi leaves at the beginning instead of the mushrooms. Cook the leaves a little for some minutes or until dry, then add mushroom s and proceed as the recipe says. But don't add too much methi leaves as they taste more bitter ther Kasoori Methi. Thanks 😄
