I'm turning 37 next month and about 6 months ago, I was treated for Cauda Equina Syndrome with bladder retention. I'm about to get my first wheelchair. I can kinda walk, but not very long distances. It's made it so I can't go anywhere. I've been stuck at home unless I'm going to the doctor. I'm in bed all day, and it's hard to do anything. I'm glad I stumbled across you. It really helps me feel less alone to see a 36 year old mother who suffered the same spinal injury I did and also uses a wheelchair. Thank you for talking about CES, it's completely preventable and living with it is really difficult.
I'm so pleased I came across your video. I keep being refused an MRI to check for this because they don't want to diagnose anything (I'm in the UK). Thank you for explaining it as I couldn't work out what was going on
I'm so glad to come across your channel! I'm also a wheelchair user! I use mine part time and it's because of my severe arthritis. For the longest time I thought I wasn't disabled enough to use a wheelchair! I'll be 36 in August.

Very educational info, but I have 2 questions. What is that you are using on your face, and does it feel good? It definitely looks like it feels good.
