Hmm.. Nepal Govt is paying less to Drs. Here In India MBBS Govt MO gets starting salary of 90 to 95k INR/Mth...Also Junior residents r getting good stipent in MD like 60k to 1 lac inr/mth. I was just looking the Drs getting salaries in nepal if i have to come to my country Nepal back after my father's retirement.
